"A very enjoyable stay! The breakfasts were delicious – both classic European options, as well as fresh fruit and local pastries (the cakes were a big plus). The room was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at every step. The hotel is located in a quiet area, just a 2-minute walk from the train stop with connections to Lucca. We took the photos during our stay, so please excuse a bit of a mess – in reality, everything looks great."
"First of all, this convenient environment is good! It is also a viewing hotel of the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and it is the Leaning Tower when you go out.
But! Very unreliable
On the first day we arrived, we were trapped in the elevator for 15 minutes, we couldn't get out, the elevator door couldn't be opened, the buttons were all black, and it was difficult to contact people. The staff taught us how to force the opening after coming. If you don't understand English or Italian as a foreigner, it will really collapse! After pressing the forced button, it will fall when it is all extinguished! The first reaction after getting out of the elevator is nausea and vomiting
The next day was even more funny. We told the hotel front desk one day in advance to let them help us set the taxi the next day and send us to the station! The hotel said that it was not necessary to decide. It was good to mention 5 minutes in the morning. As a result, we came 15 minutes before the next day. The result was almost half an hour and we couldn't call it. It directly caused our train to miss it and lost more than 100 euros."
"The landlord is great, I thought of everything, and provided all kinds of small surprises.
Password at the door to get the room card.
There are vending machines at the entrance, and the price is close to the people.
The kitchen offers several biscuits; several teas; coffee; welcome wine.
All kinds of tableware and rags were available, so we were able to eat our own instant noodles. We cleaned them before we left.
Pisa city map, mosquito coils, baby seat available."
"The location is very good, you can indeed see the leaning tower on the balcony. There are many types of breakfast, but the quality is really not high. There was a plate of fruit that no one moved. I took a fruit with my hand and found that the second half was moldy."
"We loved this place. It's in the centre and walking distance to all restaurants and sites. It's best to inform the B&B of the time you will arrive because it's a self check in place, and you need a code to access the property. You only get the code once you go inside. There is a number outside, but its best to give them a heads up so that you are not left out."
"Title: Stunning boutique stay in the perfect location.
The room was beautiful with incredible decor and great attention to detail, the garden area was also gorgeous and very romantic! Very clean amd very comfortable with all of the necessary amenities.
The breakfast was delicious and substantial and the wine was the best we had in Pisa!
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend!"
"It's winter now, but it's usually cold at dawn because it only turns on the heater in the evening, but it was really warm because it turned on in the evening and turned on the heater again when it was cold at dawn. When I arrived at the hostel, I wanted to drink hot water, so I needed a coffee pot, so I brought it right away, so I could eat really warm water well, and the bathroom was clean.
It was located right away from Pisa Central Station and the bus to Pisa's Leaning Tower was right across the street, so I was able to go comfortably."
"Similar to the homestay, you can park for free and walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa for about 15 minutes. Breakfast is on the top of the building, although the variety is not a lot, but for the hotel, it is not bad. General room facilities"
"Everything is good and great history of the Hotel and Anna being the wife of General Gabriala and except that there is only stairs leading to the hotel rooms, if you have big luggage that would be a bit difficult for transporting all luggage’s in and out. But the river view and the cleanliness compensated everything."

Great
BBodoWhat a nice place to stay in central Pisa! It doesn't look much from outside, but as soon as you pass through the front door you find that you're in a quiet cool oasis (note: there is quite a long flight of stairs up to the rooms - no lift - so not great for those with mobility issues).
Our room was spacious and comfortable and, despite overlooking a small square with restaurants, very quiet at night (there's quad-glazing on the window). You can order breakfast, or just enjoy the snacks left for us in the room. There's a microwave and drink making set-up in the lounge which was very handy.
The owners are friendly and helpful and were happy for us to leave our luggage for a few hours on the last day.
Staff are on site only in the mornings, and initially we were a bit sceptical about the entry/check in process (done with a QR code online), but it all worked flawlessly.
We would happily stay here again if we visit Pisa in the future :-)

LLinhNg93Great location for a short day trip to Pisa as it is right opposite Pisa Centrale Station. Plenty of good restaurants around the hotel. The male receptionist who checked us in last night was quite cold but the lady receptionist today was very nice. She offered us to use the washroom after check-out and before heading out to the station. Hotels don’t give you free bottle of water though so just a reminder to buy your own.

AA.ChoyThis is my second stay at this hotel. It offers an affordable price and ample parking, making it very convenient for independent travelers. While its exterior might not immediately impress, the hotel itself is comfortable and clean. A short path from the hotel's restaurant leads directly to the beach, allowing you to soak in the natural ambiance. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.
AAnonymous UserThe room facilities are average, there is no kettle, but another hotel near the Leaning Tower of Pisa has one. Just like the hotel in Siena, if you want hot water, you can boil a kettle immediately, and you have to go down and bring it up yourself. The service in Siena is more old-fashioned, and the front desk is very polite to bring up the white porcelain kettle and two matching porcelain cup trays.
The location is close to the train station, and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the airport.
The air conditioner is broken, but fortunately it was warm that day and it was ignored. The room upstairs makes a lot of noise when walking at night. The room given is not very good, and it feels a bit different. Anyway, it's just a one-night stay. I didn't eat breakfast.
Pisa is a good town, with a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

GGuest UserClean, tidy and comfortable, very satisfied with the service attitude👍; close to the airport, convenient; breakfast is rich and colorful, very delicious😋; I will choose this hotel next time
GGuest UserHaving read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though.
Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices.
GGuest UserGreat location with a terrace with the perfect view. Shame that the bar it is not open all day. It will be great to sit down and have a coffee/ drink/snack there.
Also, there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room.

AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room.
I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic.
The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go.
A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive.
The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean.
Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum.
Thank you for the rest.
TThe.snacking.gypsyI had actually stayed at a different safety property in Naples and thought this was the same one and thus booked it but to my rather surprise this was nothing like that.
While the staff were really nice and quickly helped me with checking in and the rooms were not too small I felt like the bathroom was from a different dimension altogether as the shower cubicle was so small that while I was making my way out of it I hurt my back really badly And it was very painful to imagine the same happening to anyone else and that’s too on holiday also when I just opened the shower which was fixed overhead little bit of brown water seem to come out from it and I do not know what that was all about but it was rather disappointing however There was lockers in the room and quite a peaceful stay as well so I guess it’s fine for a night, but if only they had the day not so much behind the door that it is positioned in a very weird manner maybe it could have been better and also the flush was not working properly.

TTsu_kikoVery convenient location, 3 mins walking to the Pisa tower. There is a market down the hotel so it would be a bit noisy during daytime. Small but overall a great place to stay for the Pisa tower.
