The location amidst nature near the beach, spacious rooms, and warm staff receive praise. Guests appreciate the generous breakfast options and various facilities, but some suggest updating the bathrooms.

This review only applies to the water park! A nice but oh so worn water park, we have been here a few times over the years but now you got a thought if it is really worth coming here given the condition of the facility. After paying 515 SEK to get in with the family, the first thing we noticed was that it was on the verge of cold water and not temperate as it has been before. Even the hot tubs did not feel warm enough. However, the kids had fun anyway. All the lights for the water slide (which tells you when you can go) were broken which is a safety issue that should not happen. The showers next to the stream have been off/broken for years and the hair dryers in the locker rooms were broken every single one (4) A bunch of kids were acting up and riding 4-5 in the canoes and there wasn't an employee to tell them (safety issue)? Someone threw foam bombs in the stream which meant that there was foam everywhere, we who got it on us got a rash and itchy skin but if this was allowed I do not know. The food is as usual very expensive but that's how it looks everywhere nowadays. However, as I said, the children had a good time and that is the main thing. However, I personally think it is not worth it at all given the high price and the questionable condition of the building Detta omdöme gäller bara äventyrsbadet!

The room could do with some refurbishment, it was just not nice looking. The breakfast was a complete nightmare because it was so crowded. The kids loved the spa and the waterslides. If it was up to me we will not return, but the kids will probably want to go back.

Very bad staff.. very bad cleaning and ventilation in the roms.. got sick while staying there.. dirty sheets upon arrival and the staff didnt seem to care that much.. just a poor expirience.. not worth the money.. only positive in mye eyes Are te restaurants and the outside of the hotell. Nice location and all that but the hotell was very bad.. seems like all the money is spent in the lobby and around where the staff is.. not in the roms..

Behind the big building of Pite havsbad there is a cute little house called SPAFYREN, and this place is Beyond. Amazing. I would recommend every person that goes for a visit, to this very cool and lively area called Pite Havsbad, to visit the SPA, at least once. Other then the SPA, they also have some cool restaurants, indoor adventure pools, concerts etc. Visiting the spa is a MUST though. I did not stay over night unfortunately so I have no comment about the Hotel service(yet).

Whole area is worn down. I guess in an attempt to fix (?) , they brought in a huge wheel loader and this has been starting work between 6:45 and 7:30 every weekday, so if you like to sleep in, this might not be the place. Only good thing is the inside water park, but even that needs to be fixed

At the price of 2300 SEK a night we stayed in the most warn down and tired stuga (cottage). The beds was not good, the cottage smelled like mold and chlorine, and was absolutely not sound proof as we could clearly hear the tv from the other side of the «wall». The «wall» bring a locked sliding door. To charge this much for such a bad product is not ok! If you have a choise, stay somewhere else - like in the city centre or in an Airbnb apartement. The prices are far better there.

Well, for sure better preparation to access hotel and areas nearby. There was water and ice everywhere! I know this from others "we live in north part of sweden and it is like that" - hell no, it is just laziness and stupidity. I have never see so big lack of irresponsibility in preparation of area near and in front of hotel. What more, are letting pigs enter restaurant? In some places where are swedes with kida it looks worst than in pigsty. We always try to clean after us, but what we have seen there is worst than so called 3rd world countries. Pools for kids - why all this big pigs lay in water and kids dont have place to play there? I understand that you have to take care about kids there (I also do that) but be seriuos, adults just laying all over this small pools? What the f... Again in middle ofour stay there cards didn't work to open room. Is it normall in Sweden to block cards in middle of stay in hotel?

I bought the VIP Champions' Club Hotelroom package (which gives 2 nights in the hotel + tickets to the Race of Champions 2023), I decided to stay more 2 nights before the race, as it was a resort and the website says there are loats of thing to do on it. In the day I arrived most things were closed because the Hotel was a quite empty. The only activity was the hot water park, but it opens at 4 pm and closed at 7 pm. Then I asked about the tours and they told me that they would happened only on saturday and sunday (in the days of the race. On thursday people start to arrive in the hotel, they let the sky bar (the top restaurant) and the spa fully booked for the drivers and people working for the race of champions. I've never see a resort treat so bad their costumers, people that were there to work could go to the best places in the hotel and the clients that play a lot couldn't access the best parts of hotel at no time. On friday I discovered that in the night before they had many snow mobiles tours, but they were fully booked to the people working on the race of champions, I tried to book a pack to the same day (friday) afternoon, I paid and the guide didn't show up, they asked so sorry but they didn't get in tought well and they asked If I would like to so the tour in the next day. I stood 2 days in a resort tha has NO ACTIVITIES FROM 9 to 16 (I don't even know how they call it a resort). Furthermore and what for me were the worst, they didn't gave us a map with the areas we could access in the race or not (Other costumers told me I could see the podium only after the first day. I just bought this pack because they said it would have a meet and great and I am too fan of F1 drivers and would like to them, they scheduled the meet and great at the same time of the press conference and all the top performance must attend the press so they couldn't join. The few drivers that went to the meat and great were interviewed by a jornalist, we the fans could ask questions, they dennied us from take selfies (that is not a meat and great, for this thing a could see in a live on internet I wouldn't have to fly 24 hours away from home. The hotel is far from the city, the taxis are really expensive and there is no place to rent cars, so basically I got stuck in the hotel for two days doing nothing. The drivers I could see and talk I did in the area that the cheapest tickets has access too,
