The town itself is very beautiful, and the hotel is only five minutes away from the city center. This hotel is super profitable, very meticulous, very hygienic, and the toiletries are all high-end.

After wanting to visit so long we finally booked as part of a birthday celebration and we were both amazed by this hotel. The setting is beautiful, the staff were friendly, welcoming and attentive, we felt incredibly at home but also very spoiled! Our room was clean, cosy and spacious. We had everything we needed within a 20 minute walk from the hotel but we honestly wanted to spend most of our trip there! I can't compliment the chefs enough. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. We're already planning our next trip. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our trip so special!

This is a fantastic hotel and I cannot rate it highly enough. We were lucky enough to stay for Hogmanay (New Years Eve in English) 2024/2025. The owners and staff excelled themselves in ensuring that all the guests had a wonderful time. But on top of the activities ( guided walks, yoga, a movie night and some other surprises) , the food was absolutely sublime. The chef ( Marina) is a genius! 9 full courses on Hogmanay, plus the stunning appetisers which were works of art on their own. The guests were all lovely and it was simply a wonderful way to spend a few days. Thanks again to Nathan and Sandra for all their hard work in pulling this marvellous event together. We will be back again. This 100% vegan hotel needs to be supported in its endeavours in bringing the best of vegan food and culture to the world.

I stayed 3 nights for the Hogmanay retreat and it has been an incredible stay. As a solo traveller, I was made to feel so welcome by all the staff, and other guests, such is the magic of this unique hotel. The food was excellent - the chef and kitchen staff all excelled themselves. From the 5 course menu on night one, to the canapes and 9 course taster menu on New Years Eve, to the afternoon tea, on New Years Day, topped off with amazing pizza for movie night! In addition, to our delight and surprise, the owners went the extra mile and lit the fire pit at midnight on New Years Eve AND treated us to a piper, it really was just the best way to see in 2025. The hotel itself has great character and I found my room - Water Vole - to be very comfortable, with fantastic bedding and pillows.

What a delight. This is the perfect base from which to explore Pitlochry and beyond. Sandra and her staff are friendly and make you feel like guests in their own home. The food is amazing - carnivores should not be put off and the bedrooms, each with its own character, are quiet and extremely comfortable.

Our second trip to this amazing hotel. Which was just as good, if not better than our first trip. We opted to arrive early so we could have lunch, as we were not going to be able to have diner that night due to visiting the Pitlochry Enchanted Forest later that evening. We were totally spoiled for choice with the lunch menu, everything we tried from the menu was delicious. My partner's highlight was the carrot rolls and for me it was the king oyster mushrooms. We were honoured and delighted to be able to meet the chef who had produced such wonderful creations and pass on our compliments. We were so glad of the lovely bar and it's wood burner when we returned from the Enchanted Forest. Our stay of 2 nights was incredibly relaxing and just the thing after a busy time at work. We had diner on the second night and the food was just as good as lunch and this time due to it being bonfire night we got to watch the fireworks while having diner. There was so much sightseeing in the area that we could have done but the hotel is so relaxing that we just ended up staying in and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel. Breakfast was utterly tasty, they make without doubt the best tofu scramble we have ever tasted. The staff are all attentive and professional. Can't wait to return to this gem of a hotel.

Wonderful night celebrating our anniversary. The hotel had an elegant and relaxing vibe, tastefully decorated with a touch of humour. We booked the 5 course vegan dinner which was delicious- the service was friendly too. The bar, room and building were gorgeous, as was the surrounding area. Highly recommend this place, we will be returning.

We spent two nights here as a birthday celebration for my wife. It was truly excellent. The location in Pitlochry is stunning, surrounded by mountains and the lochs. The hotel itself is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Its relatively small at 11 or 12 bedrooms buts its an old Scottish manor with a couple of acres of garden and a Yurt (we took a Yoga class in there with the wood burner on - amazing!). Staff couldn't be more welcoming. Its not the cheapest hotel in Pitlochry but its the only place we will stay when we return.
