Location was great. Hotel was nice and clean. Service was better than good. Strange layout for a hotel. I was quoted one night for $112 by Trip.com and yet was billed $161. How does that work?

The room was clean and had great amenities. The furnishings were modern and the lobby provided a unique vibe. All in all this place was wonderful.

I booked for a bedroom with city view… but this hotel doesn’t have such bedroom. I called to the manager to ask him why if I paid for a bedroom with city view I didn’t get it… His answer was “If the bedroom has a window to the street, that is city view” what??? Really it was disappointing.
I will stay never again in this hotel.

During my recent visit to this hotel last month, I was encountered with the front desk who was rude, racist, clearly uneducated, and just a pathetic example of a human being.
Not a very fun experience and will never come back to this establishment again. I have filed a formal complaint with the hotel management and also IHG group, who did resolve it in the end, but nonetheless, they should hire professionals who know what it means to be in the hospitality industry.

Great location.., it’s close market square.
There’s a Burlington and a CVS around (two blocks away).

Clean, big room, convenient for traveling. It is convenient to park directly opposite, but hotel parking is expensive. Breakfast is good, not buffet
