The overall environment of the hotel is good, with paid parking. The room is spacious, the bed is big, and the facilities are a little old. The toilet seat was a little dirty when I entered. Overall it is good.

The hotel is near Carnegie Mellon University. Although parking is charged, the service is very good. I stayed with my children and there was a folding sofa bed. The hygiene is also very good. The hotel lobby is clean and tidy, with coffee and hot water available 24 hours a day. The service attitude is very good and responsive to all requests. What is particularly outstanding is the free breakfast, which is different every day and is delicious and hygienic. The size of the room is suitable, but the sofa is old and dirty, the lampshade is dusty, and the details need to be improved. The bathroom basin and bathtub are quite clean.
