Hotel cerca al aeropuerto y alejado del centro, en una zona tranquila. La habitación tiene lo necesario pero podría mejorar. Le falta un frigobar donde poder poner las bebidas y helarlas, ante el calor de la ciudad. El desayuno es suficiente pero nada que llame la atención. El servicio es regular. Buen precio , pero podría ser mejor.

"FELICITACIONES HOTEL GRAN PALMA PIURA" Tenía una reserva pagada de tres habitaciones dobles y cuando llegue a alojarme una de las tres habitaciones estaba en desinfección y al no poder dar el servicio adquirido me ofrecieron trasladarme a otro hotel de mayor categoría al LP - LOS PORTALES lo cual habla muy bien de la importancia que tienen sus clientes y no dejarlos en el aire. Regresaré en un próximo viaje para usar sus instalaciones que se ven muy bien.

Me alojé por tres noches en este hotel y tuve una grata experiencia. Es staff tiene un buen entrenamiento, todo el tiempo están pendientes de los huéspedes y de su bienestar, el desayuno buffet es de buena calidad y los alimentos ofrecidos en el mismo son frescos y tienen buen sabor. El staff está presente durante el buffet para servir y asesorar al huésped en torno a los alimentos. Los recepcionistas son amables y eficientes así como en personal de guardias nocturnos quienes velan 24 horas para precautelar la seguridad de los vehículos aparcados en el establecimiento así como la seguridad de los huéspedes. El hotel tiene un business center equipado con una computadora para trabajar lo cuál es único en el Perú ya que en el resto del país es imposible encontrar hoteles 3 estrellas con este servicio. Volveré sin dudas a alojarme en Gran Palma Piura!

Mi estadía fue placentera, me hospedé por 4 noches y me brindaron tarifa corporativa. La habitación impecable,con linda vista a la piscina.Sus amenities y el aroma agradable de sus instalaciones me fasciraron! El trato del personal es excelente. El personal de atención en restaurante muy servicial, su trato fue A1, me sugirió la especialidad del cheff, me quedé encantada. Su frapuccino exquisito! Sin duda volveré

Me quede solo un dia pero pude disfrutar mucho de los servicios del hotel. Gimnasio, piscina, restaurant y un espacio. La atencion es excelente, el personal es muy amable. La comida en el restaurant es muy buena. Tienen una carta muy variada.

Excelente servicio, desde mi llegada recibí la amabilidad del señor de vigilancia y recepción, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y amplias, disfrutamos del día de sol en la piscina y su servicio de restaurante muy bueno, en las habitaciones nos dejaron suvenir (chocolates) muy ricos por cierto.

trato muy amable por parte del personal de recepcion, restaurant y limpieza. Cuenta con piscina que es muy agradable para el clima caluroso de Piura. El restaurate tiene un muy buena carta, con platos variados y de buen sabor. Al menos los que probe estaban deliciosos. El comfort en la habitacion fue fenomenal. con aire acondicionado para parar el calor sofocante.

En mi paso por Piura por trabajo, siempre elijo Gran Palma. En esta ocasión fui con mis pequeños quienes disfrutaron de la piscina y de las deliciosas raspadillas! Reservamos la suite familiar, habitación muy confortable, y las instalaciones acogedoras. Valoramos mucho la atención del personal , en restaurante la atención A1 tiene carta muy variada; nos engrieron mucho en el desayuno buffet, mis niños felices, todo estuvo delicioso!
