I’ve heard the legends abut this place before and I’m so happy to discover they were nothing but truth. Amazing boutique hotel, with great ambience, super professional staff, relaxed atmosphere and top notch hospitality. HedoniSPA has excellent selection of different massages and beauty treatments, saunas, pools and salt cave. This hotel will make a great place for a honeymoon weekends, anniversaries, bridal showers and self-love getaways. I will definitely be back.

Omg. This is the BEST place EVER. Been there two times now and I just want to come back, like every day. The ovners are out of this world and the staff also. I can honestly say, I have never been so comfortable and felt better than in this place. Whatever they do, keep on !! What a place !!! Wow !!

Almost everything was very nice, but.. Air in swimming pool room was bit cold. Water in pool for smallest kids was really cold! Restaurant was very nice. Rooms were clean and decently equipped. Personal was nice.

Three nights at the hotel were very nice. The hotel is situated right at the Poprad River. It offers a variety of great spa activities and treatments. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast was wonderful. There are lots of opportunities for activities nearby. Our room was not big, but cozy and clean

The best place in Piwniczna and around. Nice view, nice, quiet rooms, delicious breakfasts, atmospherical spa,kind ,professional staff. A lot things you can do around:bicycling,trekking,sightseeing. Fantastic for everyone who likes nature and active recreation.

We stayed in this hotel on half board basis,,,,the food was excellent and the young staff in the restaurant amazing. Well done all for making our stay more enjoyable. We had a standard room with balcony and the railway side. Room was clean by great ladies,,,thank you very much. One problem we had with this room was a very small bed. Thank you all and maybe see you again.

Big disappointment. The hotel doesn’t look like in the pictures. The prices are very high, but the room was small and cheaply looking. Sleeping not possible because of the flashing lights outside and loud trains going just next to the hotel. Also the hotel was organizing a loud party in front of the windows outside. Restaurant very poor quality. We reserved an apartment for my husband’s birthday for a weekend but we had to fun away after one sleepless night. It is not. 4 star luxury boutique hotel!

Polecam serdecznie. Hotel czysty, pięknie położony. Dobre jedzenie. Polecam grotę solną i sauny. Udało nam się zrelaksować i odpocząć. Dzieciom podobał się basen i sala zabaw. Duże jacuzzi. Przemiła obsługa. Na pewno tam wrócimy całą rodziną.
