Plano Hotels with Pools

The gentleman that was working the front desk the Saturday morning during our stay was extremely accommodating and friendly! I wish I would’ve gotten his name. 1 of the female staff (7a-3p shift when we checked in on Friday) was very friendly when I was speaking with her.. the gentleman that I’m guessing is an AGM type that was “checking” cleaned rooms before check-in on Friday never once acknowledged us even when standing in front of us... and the female 2nd shift employee was a typical 2nd shift employee. Busy with everything going on, but nice enough. The room was well enough clean, except the carpet needed to be vacuumed. It would’ve been good if the syringe with other trash in the parking lot would have been picked up at some point during our 3 day stay. But for the rate, guess beggars shouldn’t be choosers.

Stayed at this hotel for the third time, in Plano, it was very convenient for eating and everything! The sanitary cleaning is also very clean! The location is also good! Breakfast is also free!

Overall good, the address of the hotel is also relatively safe, it is not convenient to enter and exit, on the highway, but the United States is big, it is necessary to have a car.

We came here for a friends wedding. The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was also very nice. Great service! The only thing we saw was a little bit of an issue was the drains in both shower and sink. They were very slow to drain the water.

Amazing location and staff. Wonderful facility. We arrived at 10pm and the bar stayed open to serve us and a few other that were just arriving. Very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is next to the Bush Expressway. Since the hotel does not provide Chinese food and dinner, there are no supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is necessary to drive to eat or purchase food at the hotel. It is not convenient to have a car. The hotel staff was very welcoming, the breakfast was simple, the room was large, and the kitchen and bar were very good.

Location very easy with restaurants and markets all within walking distance. Rooms large and very clean and house keeping attentive. They also are not intrusive - pool is clean, breakfast is a bit better than the usual that you get other mid range hotels. The front of house staff are fantastic and friendly with lots of advice and help. Only one was well below par who was absolutely a ”not my job” person with atrocious customer facing skills - if you get her then dont bother asking anything, wait til the shift changes and all will be well, everyone else is a dream. So - overall, very happy - clean, big rooms, fridges and miscrowaves in all rooms, large rooms, beds are proper King size and everything feels new. DO book here - DONT book across the street at the Baymont as you will absolutely regret it!

Good location, new hotel, coincides with the 100th anniversary, opposite the food street, good breakfast environment, good taste, slightly less staff, have to wait, I do not know why the next day is early, the first day does not contain

Nice environment, very quiet. Breakfast is great.
