Really lovely little hotel/hostal, amazing location right next to plaza mayor in the heart of the walled city. The room was plenty big enough for the two of us and it was neat and clean with the added bonus of welcome chocolates! Down side is the walls are paper thin, the plumbing system is exceptionally loud and there is no ventilation in the bathroom so when you shower everything is soaking wet, but this would not put me off staying in the future. Its well priced, staff are friendly and as I said the location is amazing!

Hostal céntrico, bien situado, reformado, muy mal insonorizado, se oye todo, cañerías, luces, extractores . Mal gestionado, con poca infraestructura. Escasez de detalles en baños y habitaciones, sin perchas o repisas. . Para una noche vale, dos es un suplicio! El personal amable!

Este hotel está situado al lado de la plaza mayor de Plasencia , en una calle estrecha, puedes dejar el coche en el parking talavera, que está a 200m, la calle es peatonal. El hotel está reformado, moderno, habitaciones amplias, cuarto de baño completo, no tiente secador pero te lo dejan en recepción, tiene un split, que lo pones y tienes la habitación caliente rápidamente. Tienes desayuno x 5€ normal, café y tostadas,en la plaza tienes muchos bares para desayunar también. Sin duda x calidad , ubicación y precio, sin duda, si vuelvo, me alojaría ahí otra vez.

Hemos reservado en este Hostal por recomendacion de unos amigos de mis padres los cuales se habian alojado el pasado mes de Septiembre. A pesar de visitar Plasencia todos los años yo no lo conocia y la verdad es que ha sido todo un acierto. Sobre las 13 horas recibimos una llamada para comunicarnos que nos dejaban la llave en una caja fuerte en la entrada y la verdad es de agraceder ya que muchas veces si un vuelo se retrasa (viajamos desde Canarias) pues no podemos estar a la hora prevista. La habitacion muy comoda, limpia, con todo lo necesario (gracias por el Chupachups), pequeños detalles que hacen mucho. Referente a la ubicacion: Es una zona muy tranquila, al lado de la plaza, por lo que te puedes mover sin problema, no es una zona ruidosa... Otro punto a favor es la cercania del aparcamiento privado. Se que ofrecen servicio de desayuno, lo tengo pendiente para la proxima vez. El trato que recibimos por parte de todo el personal ha sido inmejorable, pude comprar unos regalitos dentro... asi que por nuestra parte y el resto de amigos que se hospedaron en el hotel...(que no eramos pocos) volveremos el año que viene. Gracias!

Los dueños del hotel deberían tomar nota y actuar! Las paredes son de papel. Se escucha todo. Las paredes no existen. Ruido de las habitaciones de al lado. Oía ducha y lo que no era ducha...dificil descansar hasta que todos los huespedes se habían acostados. Bien insonorizado desde el exterior, pero nada dentro, irrespectivo de lo quietos los otros huesdedes, no nay ningun tipo de insonorización. La empresa dueña debe conscienzarse. Se escucha todo en las habitaciones, gente por los pasillos. Se podía oír todo lo que pasaba en el pasillo y en las habitaciones cercanas, y de otras plantas- no había insonorización y no! porque los huespedes hablaran alto. En la habitación se oía cada vez que alguien se duchaba ( incluso en otra planta, creo); sonaba mucho en la habitación todo lo pasaba fuera de la habitación. Muy desagradable. Se escucha muchísimo las otras habitaciones, conversaciones y ruido de las tuberías.

Conforme llegamos la primera impresion que nos llevamos no fue muy buena ya que de entrada la chica de recepcion fue bastante desagradable con nosotros y con otros clientes. La cosa luego mejoro ya que al subir a la habitacion vimos que para ser un hostal la habitacion es amplia y comoda y si es cierto decir que la limpieza es de 10,pero fue un sabor agridulce ya que cada vez que alguna de las habitaciones de al lado abria un grifo el ruido de las tuberias es infernal. El hostal tiene una ubicacion perfecta ya que estas en pleno casco antiguo.
