The Beautiful Hotel which is Superbly Run and Managed by the Kiem/Grubbe Family was so Welcoming and Peaceful after our long trip. Our Room was splendidly appointed. Cool and Tranquil. This Hotel has everything you would need to Relax and Enjoy. Steam-Room, Sauna, Swimming Pool, Massage and much more. They also have Martin who is a sublime chef and prepares the most exquisite meals imaginable. Nadia is Amazingly helpful with tips about the area and Knowledge that comes with a Love of her Home. We had a Wonderful Stay and were Sad to leave. Nadia and Martin will Definitely be seeing us again.

We stayed for a week with half board, and it was a very good choice. The hotel itself is very nice, the location excellent, quiet, yet conveniently located. We parked the car in the hotel parking lot and didn't move it the entire week. Using the Mobil Card provided by the hotel is highly recommended, and buses and trains are very close (a 2-3 minute walk). From the moment you check in, both the very friendly owners and their staff make you feel like a welcome guest. The rooms, amenities, and services leave nothing to be desired and correspond to the hotel description. And the dining area is just as fantastic. The breakfast is a very good buffet with a predominantly regional selection, and every wish is fulfilled. As for the 3-course evening menu: If you love excellent South Tyrolean cuisine, you'll be served excellently here. Varied, down-to-earth, creative, and interesting. A masterpiece. Not to mention the fantastic service staff. For this review, we considered whether there might be at least a tiny criticism, but we really couldn't find any. Our stay was perfect.

The team and the hotel are fantastic. They make every effort to ensure the well-being of their guests. The food, in particular, is outstanding. The small but perfectly formed wellness area with a pool and jacuzzi is also top-notch. Nach mehr als drei Jahren waren wir wieder mal kurz hier zu Gast. Und als solcher fühlt man sich sofort wohl und gut aufgehoben. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Zimmer großzügig und schön. Und auch sonst gibt es viele stimmige Orte und Plätze im und am Haus. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben zu Dritt einen tollen Urlaub in Plaus verbracht. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das gesamte Personal steht dem in nichts nach. Die Zimmer sind hell und werden täglich super gereinigt. Das Frühstück ist super und abends kann man sich an einem Salat und Antipastibuffet bedienen, bevor es 3 Gänge zu essen gibt. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen. Zum Bahnhof und zum Bus ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Ein Auto braucht man nicht unbedingt...insbesondere dann nicht mehr, wenn der aktuelle SEV zwischen Meran und Töll nicht mehr ist. (Für Letzteren kann natürlich das Hotel nichts!)
