We are finishing 10 days in paradise at the Level in Melia Peninsula Trinidad. The entire property is clean and very well-maintained. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The Level is an entirely experience upgrade. We had the best food we have ever had in not just Cuba but maybe the Caribbean. The staff cannot do enough for you and are always looking to do more. If I had to find a fault, it would be the beach. The sand is off white but has shells and coral. Swimshoes take care of that. The entry into the ocean can be precarious because of large and small rocks. There are small pathways through them but they are sometimes hard to find. A reliable source told us that a natural pool is in the future plans. Otherwise, the ocean is wonderful and snorkeling is good (your own equipment) I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff.

Just back from Meliá Trinidad Península, and I’m still smiling ear to ear. This place is pure magic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything about the resort is outstanding: spotless, modern, beautifully designed with 11 incredible pools, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a staff that genuinely makes you feel like family. Their warmth and professionalism are off the charts. Yes, Cuba has its shortages, but inside this resort you’d never know it. The food was a revelation! The roast pork ribs and grilled chicken were some of the best I’ve ever tasted: rich, smoky, full of real meat flavor, nothing like the bland, industrial pork we get in Canada. Honestly, coming home I’ve decided I’m pretty much done with supermarket pork for good. The seafood was fresh and perfectly prepared, and even with limited variety, every bite was delicious. Every evening they set up live music by the beach at sunset with cocktails flowing: hands down one of the most romantic and joyful moments of the entire trip. And the complimentary catamaran sail? Sailing over crystal-clear water with the wind in our hair and laughter all around: unforgettable. This wasn’t just an all-inclusive vacation; it was a soul-recharging, heart-warming experience that my whole family is still talking about. We’ve already decided we’re coming back. If you’re looking for a place that combines real Cuban soul with top-notch comfort, incredible food, and memories that will stay with you forever, book Meliá Trinidad Penínsulala without hesitation.
