Overall lovely place, reception staff lovely, had an issue with air condition when we arrived , maintenance guy came almost immediately to sorted this out for us. Can’t really fault the food had mainly breakfast good variety and one evening meal, only thing was lack of cereal bowls but the just ask the staff and more were brought out. Gorgeous rooms with lovely patio area with chairs and sun loungers. Cleaned daily cleaners who were very nice….in fact all the staff were friendly and smiley. Bit of walk to the main ***** definitely got our steps in on a daily basis

Overall, I enjoyed my weekend at this resort. Positives: the room was clean, well equipped and I made use of the gym. I also liked the pool areas and enjoyed swimming in them. There was also a really useful exit to the beach area. So why 3 stars? I didn’t receive the bottle of water daily, as promised. The coffee machine did not work and actually leaked. The fan stopped working and there was actually a sticker covering a hole in the wall. The receptionists were mixed. The lady who checked us in was lovely. The one who checked us out was rude. The buffet was like something from a post apocalyptic movie- everyone panicked about where to go, crashing into each other and the tables were like something from a canteen. The food was cold as well. We were also ignored for ages by the waiter when we wanted to order drinks, though to be fair, a manager did come over and assist. The breakfast was better and I would recommend going for the breakfast offer only and not bothering with an evening meal. We went out for dinner on our second night, as there are loads of restaurants about ten minutes away, by the beach. We enjoyed our trip, but I think there could be some improvements overall. It’s certainly not four stars- I would say it is 3.

After reading the reviews on here I was a bit apprehensive about the holiday, we definitely needn’t have been, we had a fantastic weekend away, There is a lot of choice of food and I never saw anyone struggling to get in or eat. Bar staff are getting used to making the things on the menu and often struggled to make the drinks on there but always found someone that was more experienced. Staff were friendly and gave great recommendations for places to go or eat. It takes a 10 minute stroll to the local beach or there is a bus for free straight from the hotel into playa blanca where if you go left, there is a shopping centre and marina and if you go right, there are lots of beaches bars and restaurants. The room was spacious clean and modern with a an overhead waterfall shower. Each little apartment has its own garden with loungers and patio furniture. The pool is heated and clean. We couldn’t have asked for any more and I would love to go back next year!!! Thank you, all of you.

We arrive at hotel around 3.30pm tired and hungry front of house staff miserable not happy to greet you! Given the keys was told I got a free upgrade on room that’s incorrect as I paid for the best upgrade with jet2 holidays. We got to our room no second bed as requested a small smelly room remote for tv not so had to unplug it. Mold in shower floor bugs in there no mini bar fridge empty no air conditioning as on a timer and was cold. We went for some food around 4pm no food available other than crisps ! We then went to the spa as the pool outside was too cold. We were charged 140 euros for the spa and it was all cold the pool was cold the Turkish bath not working. The only warm part was the sauna. We went to dinner at 7pm was told it’s busy come back in 20mins so we went and got a drink we were charged 19.00 euros ? We then went and joined a queue at 7.30pm by 8.15 pm we went in.I can’t believe we have to queue like waiting for a theme park ride just to eat ! The food was cold inedible so had bread and butter. Was not offered any drinks water or anything. Struggled to sleep in cold room had to share a bed with my daughter even though I requested by email weeks before a second bed in the room. I purchased jet2 flight last night 27th as I simply cannot put up with a week of this as it’s not 4 star it’s not all inclusive it’s not near the beach it’s awful! Sent several emails directly to hotel NO RESPONSE don’t go unless you like rude staff zero respect cold food and nothing to do
