It is a nice resort for a young family. Please note it is quite away from Playa de america beach and on a steep hill. We had our room at the top of the hill, almost felt like going up 4 floors to get to the room. Limited vegetarian options in hot food. This is quite common with any other resort in Canary Islands. So be ready to compromise on it.
We got 4 single beds. If you are a couple who need a double bed, this could be a problem 😉.
Parking is €5 per day although hotel is far away from beaches. This is something they should provide free. No option outside to park due to steep hill.
We requested to move our room lower as my wife has asthma but not much of luck.

If there was an option for no stars, I would say none. This is the world hotel possibly in Tenerife. The service from the front desk is a shambles, they will not help you. If you are vegetarian, it’s important that you do not book here either. There are NO options for you when it comes to food, they are also not happy to accommodate a vegetarian diet either. This hotel is not a 4 start resort by any means when compared to like for like packages at other hotels. The rooms are dirty (a that is being polite) my husband and I have video footage of the bugs in the room, on and in the linens. We have moved rooms twice, and both where filthy, with dead spiders and bugs hanging from the walls of the bathroom, to bugs and spiders crawling on the floor and linens of a supposed“clean” room. There was dirt and grime up the walls and creepy crawlies on the bed side tables and cupboard. The patio doors have black mould on them. We understand and appreciate the climate, it was around 19 degrees, there should not be bugs in the bed and on the linens EVER!

We had been to this hotel before in 2022, and we choose again and invited relatives for this time. Shame my relative had been sick!!! I Was also very sick while staying this time, which i believe was down to the food, another many people we spoke to had also been sick. On the last day the bar lady was very rude to me and complained to a manager to say i had been rude to her which did not happen and i was made to feel very uncomfortable. The entrainment, was very good!!! Very clean rooms.

My 4th visit to this hotel and again it didn’t disappoint. All the staff are lovely and welcoming. Room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Never had any issues getting a sun lounger or service at meal times. For being a fussy eater there was always something to have during meals. Beautiful walk down to the shops and beach or you can get a taxi for under €10. Entertainment for kids during the day, pool party & bbq on a Thursday and entertainment at night was all great. Had a refreshing chilled week. Can’t wait to visit again. Home from home ❤️

We stayed as a family of 4, the rooms were spacious with a decent size balcony too, cleaned every day but it was a bit dated. Plenty of entertainment on during the day for kids and even adult pool volleyball in the afternoons. The choice of pools was good too with plenty of sunbeds up until the English arrived first their school term holidays and then it meant getting up early for a decent bed. The snack bar at the pool bar wasn’t that great, and we thought the food at lunch time wasn’t that great either, was only 1 choice of meat. There was plenty to choose from at breakfast time though. Worst criticism is the attitude of 1 of the female bar tenders at night time at the pool bar, she was miserable and very unhelpful, anything you ask of her is too much trouble, never a service with a smile.

Enjoyed a long weekend with my wife. First time in Tenerife and we’re going to be back! Without exception the staff were friendly and welcoming, Carlos on reception was very helpful and even upgraded us for my wife’s birthday. Our room was everything we wanted and needed, clean and spacious. The shower was especially good! We were all inclusive and although the quality of the food wasn’t amazing, there was plenty of choice and the fresh fruit was delicious.

This was our second stay !! We were here in November and couldn’t wait to come back in March! The rooms ( over 2 floors) immaculate, cleaned every day, fresh bedding and towels every day. Plenty of choice in the restaurant- we were all inclusive so had no complaints, plenty of choice for my ‘ fussy’ wee granddaughter! Snack bar burgers, sandwiches hot dogs. Plenty of beds round all the pool areas, we would go from pool to pool with no issues The children’s play area and water chute area was immaculate and cleaned regularly. The biggest bonus for our family was the entertainment team so special mention to Shelby Carlos and Eli who made my granddaughters holiday! Mini disco and all the day time games with a foam party and Disney day a massive hit!! Thank you all so much! We will book again for our 3rd visit in November!

Excellent from start to finish over the seven days. Think we got lucky as the hotel was nice and quiet for most of our stay so sun beds weren’t an issue. Stayed all inclusive and the food was great. Most of the staff were very cheery which makes a difference. This was our third visit but will definitely be back.
