I have stayed here multiple times and will always try to stay here.
Location is excellent and the service from the staff is great especially Manuell.
All inclusive drinks are all your local spirits.
You get what you pay for.
If you want a good atmosphere round the pool then this is the place for you.

Arrived late ish. No pillows on bed. Asked reception for pillows who said the laundry is closed?? Towels aren’t changed daily which I personally think is disgusting. I change my towels daily at home.

The clientele was not friendly and there was loud yelling in the middle of the night.
The front desk was not bad, but the facilities were old and the overall impression was gloomy.

The hotel is popular, large, noisy, conveniently located.
Our acquaintance with the hotel began with a negative note.
We booked a room for 3 people. We got to the hotel at 2 am, fortunately the reception is open 24 hours a day. The issued room greeted us with cockroaches! The reception was not very willing to change us, saying that there were not many places, but they gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a good view, where you can see the sea at the edge. But there was only enough linen for 2 people in the room. Being tired, we divided 2 sets into 3 and in the morning returned to the reception asking for a third set. However, at the reception they decided to give us another spacious room in the neighboring 2-story buildings with a roof terrace. Which, in principle, suited us.
It turned out to be not so bad, despite the fact that the hotel is not new and is quite noisy. The rooms are spacious, there is an equipped kitchen, the noise from the street was not very annoying. Cleaning several times a week.
The location of the hotel is good, there is a place to park your rental car (after a little searching for a free space), there are large shops around the corner, a bus stop, the beach is 5-7 minutes on foot.
We had a good rest! The price basically corresponds to the level. I won’t say anything about food, because... taken without food.

Currently staying here until tuesday. Sent an email friday complaining to no reply or response. Spoke to reception must of gave the wrong room number. Bed sheets dirty. Mould on bathroom that easily could be scrubbed off. Worst bathroom worst shower head. Microwave switch faulty which is dangerous, patio door does not lock. Water running brown so cant make a cup of tea. No tea bags or anything complimentry. Cant use the microwave. Blood stsins on drawers. Rubbish left in drawers. No ashtray given. No cloth or anything to wash up with given. No space on the kitchen side to make anything because they put a microwave there. Shower curtsin keeps fslling down. Beds slide about. 3rd time here but worst experiance, ruining my holiday. They care more about you booking and tsking your money than anything else. Thry could of found my room number if they had replied to my email.

We have just stayed at the Piramides hotel once again, the staff are all very helpful. Manuel the barman is always in party mode,we stayed all inclusive and certainly got our money's worth. The food was varied and there was always something you could have,fresh baguettes in a morning and Brussels Pâté was my favourite. Drinks are abundant Tropical lager or all local spirits etc. We met some great guests there the beautiful Clair and her dad Ken if you like it lively this is the place for you. We will be back.

The hotel is in good location The room is above pool so noisy during day as expected but as other reviews hotel smells of **** and can be very noisy at night room clean but could do with additional housekeeping frequency changing beds , ridiculous that additional fees for iron,remote for tv , WiFi , fan and hair dryer we booked half board breakfast not always hot evening meals same food every night just cooked differently or one meat changed like beef one night lamb next not always hot . Lifts always breaking down and when you misses is awaiting a knee operation the lift is vital but would let us use mobility scooter without blue badge . Hotel has problem with bugs the rooms are full of them . No air conditioning. Last of all there was a fight in the hotel , young lads and there was blood all over the hotel and it took 2 days to clean it and still didnt clean all of it . Stay away from this hotel

Great hotel room was massive bathroom lovely and clean nice balcony too .pool area nice and clean and was great to find another 2 pools round the corner plenty of sun beds drinks were nice and strong friendly bar man .reception area nice and clean and all English speaking staff .food something for everyone full English breakfast or cereal or fruit everyday also continental too dinner and tea always 3 meats plus pizza I could not fault food .we were a couple in our 50 and a 84 year old who really enjoyed the hotel
