Coral Suites & Spa - Adults Only

First to say that this isn't a 4 ☆hotel at all. It's 3 ☆ at best. We had an unpleasant experience right at the beginning. After waiting for more than 2 hours we entered the room and that was a shock. It's on the ground floor (more as a basement), literally never seen sunlight, like a tunnel, cold, not properly cleaned, top of the door was opened and couldn't close. I tried to change the room but disinterested stuff blew me off saying they couldn't do anything,they were fully booked . I complained that room was open and it's cold because of the draft. They sent a handyman who literally taped cardboard to the top of the door. I attached photos here. I attached photos of a view from the terrace which is terrible too.Early morning around 5 or earlier started noise under the room which continued all morning and some parts of the day. We assumed that the room was either above kitchen or laundry room . We stayed 7 nights. No one from the hotel contacted us regarding the room during our stay. Staff are disinterested and undertrained . There were also many other things which should not be there if this was 4 ☆ hotel but review would be too long . All in all, never again.

We had a couple of unwelcome visitors during our stay in the shape of cockroaches. One flew out of the air con unit when switched on for the first time while the other was spotted scurrying across the kitchen worktop. Reported to hotel reception but they seemed very disinterested. They said a cleaner would spray a deterent but we're not sure they actually ever did. If you like to take in some sun on the balcony be sure to upgrade to a sea view room as balconies on the volcano view side of the hotel see no sunshine at all.

I recently stayed at Coral Suites and Spa in Tenerife and was extremely disappointed. Upon booking, we weren’t informed about any ongoing construction work, which turned out to be incredibly disruptive. The noise from the renovations was unbearable from Monday to Thursday, yet when we raised our concerns, the managers outright denied that any work was happening. It felt like we were being lied to. When another couple complained, the lady manager changed her story, claiming the work wasn’t supposed to occur. It was frustrating to see such a lack of communication and accountability from management, especially considering they should be aware of scheduled works in their hotel. To make matters worse, the managers we interacted with were rude and dismissive. The female manager was particularly confrontational, shouting at us when we raised our issues. She mentioned she would change our room due to the noise from a man retiling the room next to us, yet we never got moved. We were deprived of sleep for our entire stay. Although she offered us a late checkout for the inconvenience, when we requested it, we were told it wasn’t possible because our room was being given to someone else. To top it off, cleaners were knocking on our door at 11:50 AM, despite checkout not being until noon. I’m not one to complain lightly, but this was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the rude staff to the constant dishonesty, I wouldn’t stay here again, even if it were free. I’ve attached videos and pictures showing the work that supposedly wasn’t happening. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel—management could certainly use a lesson in hospitality and customer service.

Absolutely rubbish, we arrived late evening and paid for all inclusive, when we arrived no food or drink was available, so we had to go out for food,the hotel is so noisy with all the renovation work happening, half the things in your room don't work,this hotel is aimed at the older generation, if your between 60/70 in the dinosaur age then this is perfect, it states that it's a 4 star hotel,to be honest I've stopped in better 3 star hotels in tenerife

The Hotel is located nearby the golden mile, where You Find a lot of shops and restaurants. The Hotel is Old but in a good shape. The room was large as expected, with two toilets and bathrooms. It’s kind of anonymous hotel, so nothing bad to say, but at the same time nothing positive to say. It’s a hotel and nothing else, not a hotel who will be remembered for an excellent service or stay. In the reception you will meet a Swedish speaking woman who is really good and service minded. But unfortunately you will also meet some really incompetent people, who is not able to answer simple questions.

This is my second visit to this hotel as I went in May this year with my daughter and liked it so much I returned with my husband end of September. The location is excellent as can go either way for the restaurants and bars. Loads close by also. We went bed and breakfast as there are so many places to eat and drink so close and nearly all have entertainment on as well. Rooms are great and cleaned daily. Staff are friendly and welcoming. We never sat round the pool and preferred to go to the roof terrace where we never had a problem getting a bed. Breakfast is really good with proper sausages and the tea is even nice! There is work going on but it didn’t impact our holiday but do think jet 2 should inform you when booking. Good bars close by are yolo and then the cheiftans and paddy o kellys. All do snacks and food and very reasonable. Would definitely return
