A great hotel for a family stay! Has everything a family would need. Indoor and outdoor pools, play area and gym for adults. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ray who went above and beyond to assist us whenever needed and is a great entertainer for children. Hotel is located one street away from the beach and is central to plenty of restaurants and bars!

This hotel was fantastic and family-friendly. One outdoor pool was not too big and not too deep, so our kids were able to play there safety. The hotel had many kid’s activities everyday, so we joined cookie-making class. The staff were very funny and friendly to everyone. Especially, we are grateful to livia and rai. We were satisfied with the location. It was close to a beach, a convenience store, and the bus stop, which are only a 2 or 3 minute walk away. As we have small children, this location was very helpful. But the airport bus didn’t always arrive on time. This hotel was almost perfect, but for one thing, :the room wasn't absolutely clean. The floor was a little dusty and sandy. There were no room shoes and we didn’t bring any them , so our feet were always got dirty. I guess that’s what happens wherever we stay near the beach. We will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again!

10/10 DJ Ray Chocolate and Olivia. Great vibes, lovely drinks, poolside dreams. Lovely time with friends poolside Mallorca. Good lunch foods, family friendly. Ray chocolate Ray chocolate Ray chocolate DU MUSIC DJ MUSIC. I love Tom cruise as well.

Amazing service from staff, especially Ray Chocolate! Clean apartment, good cleaning service, nice beach close by. Overall great stay. The pool was very nice, and is family friendly too. Great food in the restaurant too and fun social events like kareoke to meet people.

We love this hotel!Everyone is very friendly.We been here for 6 days and enjoyed every moment .The beach is very close.The hotel has 3 swimming pools.The rooms been cleaned every day. We loved evening entertainment.Kids disco,karaoke night,belly dancing.The best part is we had so much fun with Ray Chocolate!Had so much joy and laugh.We highly recommend this hotel

Livia & rea are the best animation team ever! They are such carefull and talented with kids there amazing that gives this hotel 5 stars! Every hotel should have this kind of kids club! So much activity’s that suits the weather and the mini disco is super much fun

Short visit to celebrate my 80th birthday with my family. Stayed in the apartment next to the hotel. Visited Palma and Sóller and several restaurants! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful and willing to book mini buses when asked. Also fortunate with the weather.
