Müslümanlara uygun bir otel olmadığını düşünüyorum yemeklerin üzerinde ne eti olduğuna dair bir bilgilendirme yok onun dışında yemekler lezzetsiz sauna SPA bölümü paralı ekstra ücretli ve çok küçük Yemeklerde içecekler ücretli.  Hayatımda ilk kez başıma gelen şey kahvaltıya gittikten sonra dönüşte temizlikçinin odayı temizlediği ve sanırım büyük abdestini yaptığını fark ettik o da çok kötü kokuyordu böyle bir şey ilk kez karşılaştım ayrıca kapı çok sert kapanıyor sabah çıktığımız zaman bütün misafirleri konukları rahatsız etmiş olduk kaynaklı.  Bir diğer konuda Trip.com‘un bize uyguladığı bu ikinci sefer oldu Barcelona‘ya gittiğimde yemekli odayı yemeksiz çevirdiler sistemden bu otelde de jakuzili oda almama rağmen vardığında otelde nasıl oluyorsa jakuzili odada iptal olmuş sadece deniz manzaralı bir oda verdiler o sebepten dolayı artık otel tercihlerimi trip.com’dan yapmayacağım

The hotel is very close to the beach. There is a small convenience store at the door. There is also a bus stop that goes directly to the city center not far away. There is also a buffet dinner that you can buy at your own expense in the evening. It is very convenient.

The location on the beach of Palma is great, about 150 meters away and very well connected to go to the airport and the center of Palma, and above all the attention of the staff, I will return 10 for sure.

Second stay at this hotel mainly due to its proximity to the airport but also because of the previous stay being so pleasant. The staff are friendly, welcoming and very attentive, the hotel is smart and clean, it is a great base to walk along the front to Palma ( if you like a good walk!) or you can easily catch the bus into Palma from nearby. (Although they do get very busy) Would recommend this hotel for a short break to do some sightseeing in Palma

The beds in the Hotel Principe are really comfortable and the room temperature is easily adjusted to your desired setting. The bathrooms are extremely modern and clean. Towels and extra bedding are in plentiful supply. I found the meals to be fresh and tasty, with a special cooked breakfast and delicious coffee every morning. The staff really go out of their way to make everything easy for guests (Thanks everyone...Jose, John-Anthony, John and all the rest of the wonderful staff!) The rooms are serviced every day, and towels and dressing gowns are supplied for the spa, which I must say is delightful. My mother and I were very well looked after. One thing we loved is that the hotel is very peaceful as it is set back just one block from the sea and you don't get any noise at night. I definitely intend to come back to this beachside hotel with its beautiful jacuzzi balcony and seaview.
