Hotel location is very close to the beach, there is a small convenience store at the door, not far from the bus stop to the city center, there is a buffet dinner that can be purchased at your own expense in the evening, very convenient

The location is right in the middle of Palma beach. The hotel is almost connected to the beach. Since it is the off-season, most of the shops on the beach side are closed. The sea water is too cold, so winter is not the season to go into the water. However, the hotel's swimming pool is heated, and there are also guests swimming in the pool.
The rooms all face the sea. The rooms are very large and have bathtubs. Each room also has a terrace, which is also super large.
It's just that the decoration is simple, bottled water is not supplied, and the shampoo/hair conditioner/shower gel and hair dryer are all hung on the wall, which is unprecedented in a 5-star hotel. Fortunately, I brought toilettes, but I gave up on the wall-mounted hair dryer. It was completely useless and I slept with my hair wet.
The staff are very welcoming. When I arrived, they almost rushed out to push my luggage for me. I was a little scared. There would also be a welcome drink and a goodbye drink when I arrived and when I left. Acceptable off season value.
There were so many people at breakfast, and the buffet breakfast was totally unappetizing, except for smoothie.

The hotel is very clean, and the location is very good. The bus station leading to the city center is a dozen meters away. It is very convenient, and the sea is absolutely amazing as soon as you go out! It's really comfortable to walk around the hotel directly after eating.

The cleanliness was a bit disappointing, but the staff provided good service, and I was happy that I could eat breakfast for free. If you are thinking of cost-effectiveness, I recommend it. I also recommend staying here for one day and going to another good place.

The breakfast was great, the staff were great, the location was great, then they charged me €88 for laundry, around 4 times what it should've been. So by all means stay there, just don't ask them to do your laundry, might as well get mugged.

The room is so big and comfortable
The hotel pool is good, no one swims in the water because many older uncles, uncles, Li, vacation 😂
However, the pool towels can be borrowed first than cash deposit.
The dinner buffet is delicious, so it’s a bit of fun.

This Spanish trip This hotel is definitely a highlight. It has brought me a lot of surprises. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The soundproofing effect is very good. The view of the sea view room is also very good. The most praiseworthy is the hotel's buffet. We have a buffet at the hotel in the morning and evening. A wide variety is different every day. The key is still delicious. The quality is very good.

The indoor spa is also great. Breakfast and dinner are all buffet with many kinds. If you have the chance to come to Mallorca again Ka will stay here again!

MMarkWhat an underrated hotel! This hotel deserves more than 3 stars! The appearance of the hotel is great. Super beautiful, luxurious and new. The room was super with a nice balcony. It was also very clean, nothing to complain about. The breakfast/lunch was great. I have never had such a delicious and extensive meal in a hotel. You could eat it by the pool with a beautiful view, what more could you want!

GGuest UserOur expectations were met. Super nice staff. Wifi surprisingly also very good. The food was delicious. Fish and the like was freshly fried for one. We were very satisfied and would like to come again.
If you want to go to the Ballermann and want to party, I don't recommend the hotel. It's an hour's walk to get there, which is very long.
I posted a few examples: the view from a courtyard view, example food (what we got/prepared) some of it is dinner, others from breakfast. I also took a picture of the aisle with me. On a picture you can also see where you could get something to eat, among other things, but there were other options.

HHetshriOverall good but missing the key details for example they give a kettle, tea, coffee but missing creamers/milk. They have fixed soap dispensers but they do not work properly, there is no door to the shower by design but this means the whole bathroom gets wet and steams up.

GGuest UserGreat modern hotel set on the beach.we stayed in a sea view apartment and hired a car to see the island and shopped at lidl and ate out in can pastilla rather than pay their tidy sum to dine in the hotel.We would have liked an oven to cook meals however the rings of the hob did meals well.wonderful maids and the indoor pool made this a welcome short break plus the sun came out which was a bonus in January!

SSONNYExcellent location, super-first-line sea view, impeccable location, normal service level, no active service but good attitude, overall is above the qualified line, normal hygiene but some places such as bathroom and bathtub hygiene, there is room for improvement, Facilities are basic but some lack of humane designs such as air ducts fixed in bathrooms and room equipment have little signs of aging but overall less impact on use.

Near the seaside the location is very well.
The staff always very welcoming ,friendly and helpful when you need them.
Room was very clean ,spacious balcony and offers a great view of the sea.
Another important thing is the food dishes we had at the restaurant of the hotel. So delicious and healthy choices.
The only issue we had was the lack of the wifi at the room ,we stayed at the last floor. Also we would prefer the bed to be a double one not two single ones.
But the overall value for the money and the experience we had here was just wonderful.
It’s really worth it to stay here.

GGuest UserThere was no electric kettle and you also need to pay for the safety box(I was not able to find the explanation and I asked the hotel staff) and the parking lot. we stayed for 5 nights, but we had to had almost the same breakfast everyday.
It‘s a 4star hotel as long as I know.

AAnonymous Usersupper big and good with delicious breakfast and kind staff, they can call the taxi for you and there is a bus stop right at the gate of the hotel, it’s really convenient. We really had a good time at the hotel and it’s near the airport only cost 7mins so we can save time there.
