We just got back from staying at this resort. Everything looked good on paper but we did experience lack of water three times during our nine day stay. The resort is a little more aged than the pictures depict. The pool is wonderful and resort is located very close to beach and short walk to Fifth Avenue.

Good: The 2BR unit 1130 was clean and well-maintained. The master shower was large and wonderful. Both the A/C and the fan in the master BR were really loud. Nice to have A/C in the living room. Didn't cook here, but had everything we need for simple breakfast. Location is ideal, close to shops and laundry mat (Mr. Laundry). Also highly recommend Roxy Jamaican restaurant. Spent 5 minutes at the beach as it was overcrowded. The pool with swim up bar is lovely. Less good: management and having to deal with so many different parties. First, there is Marriott Bonvoy who advertised it as meals all inclusive. It is not. Then there is Playa Moments who meet you to pretty much get your deposit. They are available via WhatsApp, but didn't really feel they could do much. Last, there is the Aldea Thai property management. They gave us keys to the wrong room so we walked in on other guests. Then they made us wear plastic bracelets the whole time which served no purpose other than for "security" and didn't provide us any benefits or discounts anywhere.

Pros Staff was accommodating and helpful Cons Unanswered requests to repair broken microwave (sign on it indicates it’s been broken for awhile) No cold water in secondary bath Poor drainage in sinks & toilets. Peeling coatings in kitchen

We stayed with host Itai on Airbnb we remember it was room 106. We will attach photos of him and his place Our stay was horrible the first day we got there we checked how clean it was unfortunately there was mold under the beds the sheets and pillowed smelled of sweat there was hairs all over the bed and restrooms floors and the place smelled really bad of sewage we bought cleaning essentials for our stay to resolve the problem ourselves we did however contact Airbnb and we’re reimbursed for the cleaning fee a total of $101 We checked out before checkout time which was 11 AM however, the host decided to write a review that was totally false thank god we had proof of evreything overall the building is not that old great location just be sure to avoid this place in particular we will attach fotos below that prove me my wife and baby did nothing wrong ithai frida and David are liars avoid playa moments a vacation below is proof of everything please take you time to connect the dots

Do not stay at this hotel regardless of anything. Hotel management is extremely rude. At 9 am of check out day the manager of hotel enters room without knocking and saying check out is in a few hours.

Terrible service from the reception that has no information about registered guests. The room is in very bad condition. Poor cleaning and poor maintenance. Broken watering can encrusted with saltpeter. Light bulbs out in the bathroom. It has a door communicating with another room that is about to fall. Furniture deteriorated and with damaged paint. At 1 in the morning they cut off our electricity for no reason and it wasn't until 1 hour later that we went down to complain that they turned it back on. Meanwhile, no air conditioning. Do not spend your money in such deplorable conditions that are not worth the price you pay.

El hotel es una especie de condominio donde cada habitación pertenece a un dueño diferente y con esta excusa el personal se deslinda de toda responsabilidad y atención correspondientas a las de un hotel digno de sus costos. No incluye la limpieza, pero eso si, te andan multando por cualquier cosa como por ensuciar las toallas. En la terraza de nuestra habitacion habia una pestaña postiza en el piso de los clientes pasados, arena en el fondo del jacuzzi y una cucaracha. Ni siquiera te ponen bolsas en los botes de basura. Cero recomiendo y cero me vuelvo a quedar aqui.
