We really enjoyed this small hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, answering questions and arranging taxis and on-site bicycle rentals. The rooms were large and very clean with good, hot showers. The pool was small but greatly appreciated on the hot afternoons! The location is only two blocks away from 5th Avenue and 4 blocks from the beach so an easy walk and a bit quieter, although there are a couple of loud bars nearby so earplugs are advised. The cafe across the street on the corner is an excellent choice for breakfast but the hotel does have complimentary coffee and water.

Good location for exploring the area but very basic hotel with basic rooms, adequately clean. No restaurant or tea and coffee in rooms, there are plenty of places nearby for food and drink. With a little more effort it would be lovely. Suppose you get what you pay for

This was a really nice hotel and was part of a G Adventures tour. The room was nice and spacious, very clean and we had the luxury of having a balcony. The swimming pool was small and I didn’t see anyone use it. The hotel isn’t too far from the centre of town. Was ideal for a two night stop over.

Very clean rooms & communal areas. Reception were friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located to Main Street & beach but without being too noisy. There is a small swimming pool and most rooms have balcony’s. I stayed here at the beginning of a group trip, having been in the Hilton for 5 nights prior it felt very very basic in comparison. However If all you need is a clean, safe bed for the night and don’t want to hang out during the day, then it does the job!

This is a great place to stay if you’re on a budget. The rooms are basic but clean. The swimming pool is lovely and an absolute necessity to cool off after a hot day. The location is ok, with the beach being a short walk away. If this hotel was located on the beachfront I wouldn’t hesitate in giving it four stars.

Pase una pésima noche debido al olor a humedad que no era la normal, era un olor excesivo casi a orines. Había moho en techo, baño y las cortinas llenas de moho, no se si se pueden lavar y si no se puede si las tienen que cambiar porque es dañino para la salud; estaba muy cansada para cambiarme de hotel en la noche y buscar otro, si me arrepentí porque el olor se impregnó en toda mi ropa. El olor de las almohadas era muy feo, si lavaron las fundas pero el olor ya era de la almohada misma y la cama se sentía absolutamente toda la humedad; creo que se necesita reparación de humedad urgente. La recepcionista fue muy amable y sentí mucha pena con ella que no es la dueña del hotel. La limpieza también fue buena. Más bien el problema es que se debe invertir en el hotel porque así no vale lo que cuesta.

L'albergo si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e dalla via centrale di Playa, ha piccolo parcheggio privato sul marciapiede esterno, albergo carino ma un po stretto e ombroso. camera e bagno piccolini ma all'ombra, persoanle gentile

Très bien placé au centre de Playa del Carmen mais en retrait du bruit et de l'agitation possibilité de stationnement bon rapport qualité-prix. Tout le personnel est extrêmement serviable et disponible.
