It was a magnificent hotel. The receptionists were very welcoming and very attentive to our needs. Our room was cleaned every day. It was splendid. The location is perfect, and the pool is very pleasant, neither too cold nor too hot. Perfect for the weather.
I will use this hotel again if I return to Playa Del Carmen.
The value for money is unbeatable in a location so close to the sea.
I don't understand the negative comments about this hotel!
