이동수단 예약 관련 이메일 미응답과 동문서답 반응으로 매우 고생했습니다. 결국 자체적으로 이동했구요. 시설도 생각보다 그 금액을 지불하면서까지 맞나 싶네요. 청결은 생각보다 좀 부족했습니다. 그 외 식당 리스트와 식당의 음식 퀄리티는 좋았구요. 또한 룸에서 공사소리가 너무 나 잠을 잘수없다하니 처음엔 참으라 하더군요. 그 이후에 한번더 강하게 항의하니 룸을 바꿔주었으나, 청소과정에서 문을 열어놓았는지 밤새 모기 잡느라 설쳤네요. 결론은 10점중 3.5점

硬件大於軟件，app上的訊息和實際有不一樣，管家並不是24小時在線，感覺可有可無，問前台，打房間內電話以及任何一個工作人員都可以代替管家。硬件很好，食物很美味

Del 29 de enero al 1 de febrero me hospedé en el hotel Impression Moxche by secrets en palsy del Carmen. Durante mi estancia, el servicio fue aceptable, pero la experiencia posterior al check-out ha sido sumamente decepcionante.
Al salir del hotel, olvidé solicitar mi factura, por lo que contacté de inmediato al servicio de concierge para pedir su ayuda. En un principio, me aseguraron que se encargarían del asunto, pero con el tiempo solo he recibido evasivas y ninguna solución concreta. Ha pasado casi un mes y un trámite tan sencillo como la emisión de una factura sigue sin resolverse. He hecho múltiples seguimientos y, ante la falta de avances, incluso propuse que me proporcionaran directamente el contacto del responsable, comprendiendo que el equipo de concierge podría enfrentar dificultades en la gestión. Sin embargo, a pesar de mi disposición y paciencia, el hotel no ha brindado ninguna respuesta efectiva ni ha impulsado el proceso de manera adecuada.
Si bien el servicio durante la estancia es importante, la atención posventa es igualmente fundamental. Resulta inaceptable que un hotel de la categoría de Impression maneje de manera tan deficiente y negligente un aspecto tan básico de la atención al cliente.Hasta hoy el hotel no lo tome en serio esta situación yuna pronta y dejar a los huéspedes en el abandono una vez que han salido de sus instalaciones.售后极其垃圾
