Friendly staff and a good, quick checkin. Helpful receptionist and cleaners. Comfy sun loungers. The apartments were situated in a good location for the beach, restaurants and bars. The apartment staff pre arranged taxi from the airport and back which was very helpful and we had good correspondence. Overall had no issues and would stay again if needed to.

Well what can one say, excellent hotel, nice rooms, consists of bathroom, separate bedroom and lounge, large balcony. Cooking facilities two ring halogen hob, kettle, toaster, cutlery. Plenty of storage space, English TV channels. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Pillows were marshmallow lovely. Staff really nice, smiles from meeting them in the morning to getting home in the early hours. The pool was brilliant, lovely and clean but the best part of the hotel was the sunbathing deck on the roof, glorious views over the dunes and inwards to playa de ingles. The apartments are ideally located between the beach and shopping centres. The only thing I would say to make this place even better would be to supply an ironing board, hard to iron on the breakfast bar. Would I stay again definitely

Clean , spacious apartment. Nice pool, but no bar on site. Rooftop sunbathing terrace. This is self catering but Dino supermarket is nearby. The only gripe I had was wr arrived late at night and couldn't get in as there is no reception after 11pm. The transfer bus wouldn't drop us off so had to walk down the street in the rain as the driver said it was too tight with parked cars. Luckily we knew where it was and the Jet 2 rep walked down with us and another couple. The phone numbers wouldn't work to call the key person. The numbers stated on the gate have +44 on them and the rep phoned 3 times . You don't need the +44. We eventually got in . The guy had to come in a car. We did speak to the rep when he came to visit about this and he said he would mention it to El Palmar to change the sign with phone number on but it wasn't done whilst we were there. One girl on reception was very nice and one completely ignored us when we wanted some information. It's in a good position Near bars and the beach.

Late with this review but we had such a good time there I needed to review it. Stayed at El Palmer November 2023, 1st time visiting Grand Canaria. Rooms were clean and spacious, only thing missing was air conditioning but we were provided with a fan. Nice balcony with table and chairs to sit outside with a nice view. Pool area was lovely especially with it having some Bali beds to relax on and I especially loved going up to the roof terrace in the afternoon to sunbathe. Breakfast was adequate, it definitely set you up for the day, loved sitting outside for breakfast. Staff were all friendly and helpful especially the lady who cleaned our room. Hotel is in a really good location although you do have to climb down quite a few steps to get to the beach & the bars ( didn’t bother us) just mentioned it for people who have any disabilities. Would definitely recommend this hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to go again if we are staying in Playa del Ingles. Thanks for a lovely holiday and great memories.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the amazing week we spent at your hotel! Everyone was super friendly, especially Raquel at reception, who was so helpful and supportive. Our cleaner was also really nice and made our stay even better. The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, plus the WiFi worked perfectly, which is always a plus! The facilities were top-notch, and we really enjoyed our time there. We’d definitely book with you again next time we’re in the area! Thanks again for everything!

Very good experience. The reception staff is friendly and professional. A little advice could be not giving ground floor apartments to smoker guests. It can be a bit annoying being forced to keep the balcony door shut because of the smoke coming up from heavy smokers. Apart this little detail, that could be improved, my experience was very good! I would love to return there soon. Thanks!

The accommodation was in an excellent location, close to the beach & all the amenities including the Yumbo Centre. It was very clean and well presented and the daily cleaner was very friendly and helpful. We booked a junior suite so was on the top (4th) floor so got afternoon/evening sunshine. The room was well presented. My only criticism would be the self catering equipment was a little lacking: mainly the room has a combination microwave oven but there are no cooking bowls suitable for the microwave.

Apartments very clean and spacious. Beds comfortable Breakfast excellent. Great choice hot and cold food Location perfect for beach shops and restaurants. Spa an added bonus Quiet at night. Great spot for a winter cycling break. Would stay again

El Palmar is a quiet hotel, the surrounding area is quiet too. Although the beach and Dumas of Maspalomas are only a few minutes walk away. The Yumbo centre too, is just a short walk away. The staff are wonderful very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Next time will be our 3rd visit.
