Clean room. Nice kitchen area. Big balcony. Great price. Place for luggage on way home Lovely pool area. Lots if sun beds Near to beach and bars. Location excellent for getting about Great outside bar area. Cheap prices Friendly hotel staff. Very helpful

Terrible place. There a music all night from the bars/discos close by. Half of the light did not work, no soap and the wall where too thin and worst of all there was something wrong with the door lock. Had to try couple of times (everytime) before it even opens. The receptionist told me to call the lady I have bought the trip from and complain to her (did not make any sense).

When I booked I knew there was no Air conditioning, but I didn’t realise it was going to be 34 degrees , I asked Reception for a fan I was informed we have no fans , towel change is maybe every 2,to 3 days , put you could find the cleaner and swop the dirty towels with her , had a 2 ring hob , fridge , shower screen is small , the whole bathroom gets soaked , very small apartment , it’s only to sleep really , if you can cause of the heat , wooden floor was patched with tape , like something you see in a council house bout 25 years , to have replaced surly would not be that expensive , there is noise outside up to 4 pm , I didn’t mind that , a lot of apartments had both there front door and patio door wedged open during the night as of the heat, I stayed in 3420 , block 2 , this block is mostly for tourists , block 1. Looks like privately owned , there also block 3

We have been in Koka with family for three weeks in December 2022. You need to understand that all apartments are different. We had very good one: clean and well-maintained. There is a big and clean swimming pool. Territory is clean and pleasant. Perfect location, very close to the beach, restaurants, everything we needed. Very good place.

We have been here several years but we couldn't get booked in this year. After we had a nightmare in the greenpark apartments. My wife contacted Carlos on Reception to see what he could do. As usual Carlos pulled it out of the bag for us and managed to get us a great apartment. The staff are so helpful here. The pool is amazing and the pool bar is owned by the sweetest couple who go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Cockroachs, Drain Flies (constantly killing them), Hard Beds, No WiFi, No Air Con, No Heating, No Blanket (it gets cold at night), Bathroom Design (Small and Everything gets soaked), General Standards of Housekeeping. Dry old blood on pillow case. Could not sleep knowing cockroaches come up via the plug hole in the shower tray. No plugs to stop the issue. Left day before I was due to depart. No offer of partial refund. Plus before and after my stay they did not respond to messages via booking dot com.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had in an apartment/studio. To start on 06-16-2022, I arrived at the studio that they gave me 3101 and 3102, in the case of 01 (where I was) when you entered you found black bow ties coming out of the drain, not one or two throughout the room. In the case of 02 (where two friends were) the TV turned on by itself, the fridge did not work and we included that if you plugged in something the lever would go down. My colleagues complained and gave them room 3103 and it got worse because it was full of dead cockroaches. We complained to the receptionist between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and the receptionist's treatment was disappointing. When we told him about our situation, his solution for the cockroaches was that we put it aside and forget about it. We could barely get him to let us see other studios that were in decent condition since WE ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE PAID FOR A GOOD SERVICE AND IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. We made the change and a friend who was in an owner's apartment approached the receptionist to tell him where our rooms were because we were going to make the change to other studios and the man's answer was "THEY ARE AT 3401-3403 THEY ARE RETURNING ME CRAZY AND THEY DON'T SETTLE FOR ANYTHING AND SINCE THEY'RE CHANGED THEY BRING ME THE KEYS" to all of this I must emphasize that my partner went in good faith to ask him and the older man answered him rudely. When I deigned to take the keys, the man was suspicious that I had left the studio in good condition and was on top of me to tell him and, since he accused me of being a liar in front of my own friends, my answer was "If you don't want to believe me, go and check it out with your own eyes" the man let it go and to top it off he almost didn't let us go to my friend's apartment until we explained it to him. Finally, even being on the fourth floor, the studios were easily filled with cockroaches, in the beds, in the towels, on the balcony... we go throughout the studio. Resting was impossible for fear that one would perch on top of us. I DO NOT RECOMMEND at all that you go to the STUDIOS since in my case I asked for two studios and the price was €342 when these are not worth anything. If you really want to come to the Koka, go to the apartments that are owned by the owners. Disappointing everything.
