A real disgust a single disservice! More like Hostel the Horror movie than a real Hotel, only one works on 4 elevators and the rooms are full of cockroaches and ants! Hot water that is missing and TV that you can't see! Semi-destroyed furniture and a shabby dining room in a run-down 60's style! When it rains there is water everywhere .... especially on the stairs and landings! Wooden doors on the doors of the rooms and rooms without a safe! Virtually an absolute ruin! Lack of drinks in the mini bars and water! A real crap! Avoid if you can! Bar without drinks and food! Yummy breakfast and everything else for a fee! Buy water first because there is hardly anything to drink like drinks and beer! Cuba is getting worse!

Amazing place, nice environment, i had a good history to share, i went last year in my honeymoon to visit this hotel, and 1 year after i visited again with my wife and my little daughter, she was born 9 months after my first reservation, this hotel is a good place if you are looking for a quiet place to rest with your family. it is a nice place.

Hermoso hotel, buffet exotico, cactaceas, vegetales tipicos, carne la q guste . A pie puede visitar las casonas y barrios, iglesias, la embajada rusa (otra joya de la arquitectura), un super con viandas y articulos personales de Vietnam y España, disfrutar de la honestidad y nobleza de los cubanos, los taxis a la zona de hoteles renovados y la zona centro, café, puros, bares en el puerto y cerveza, el mercado, el malecón, el capitolio y un museo bellisimo,paseos en bici, en autos de los 50s, la zona universitaria y librerias, hermosas vacaciones

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s like an abandoned building. Staff aren’t that helpful. There was a hurricane and we needed to be evacuated and no one told us!! Rooms were filthy, food was inedible.it’s location isn’t great and with little or nothing in the hotel apart from a bar which has very little in it. Swimming pool was always empty. Only amazing thing was the friendly cleaning lady. Other staff weren’t friendly and dodgy door staff who scammed us with money exchange! Try and avoid.

El 11 de mayo del 2025 fui con la familia a pasar el día de las madres, el servicio no es malo pero algunos trabajadores no tienen forma ni paciencia para tratar con el publico, me sacaron del área de la piscina solo por estar grabando con el móvil

En resumidas palabras diré que es el peor hotel al que jamas imagine ir , parece un hotel del terror, jure que no iba a salir viva de ahí, el hotel se está cayendo , es viejo, sucio, los baños llenos de cucarachas, no aseguran las puertas, los vidrios de los ventanales están rotos, las fotos que tienen publicadas son de los años 80. Y puedo continuar , pero déjenlo en que es el peor hotel al que podrían llegar. No tiren su dinero, utilicen mejor departamentos de airbnb.

el hotel es una autentica ruina, el edificio se cae por las humedades, de las peores experiencias de mi vida. En resumen, la comida da asco, nos salieron cucarachas en la habitación. El único ascensor que funcionaba cada vez que lo cogíamos teníamos ganas de llorar porque estaba medio deshecho, sucio y parecía que iba a dejar de funcionar en cualquier momento. Una grima increíble. Los propios cubanos nos decían que era el peor hotel de La Habana y con toda la razón. Nos contaron que las fotos son de los años 80, cuando el hotel estaba en su máximo esplendor. Hoy en dia este hotel deberia estar cerrado. Desde luego que yo no viajé a La Habana para estar llorando cada vez que entraba en ese hotel.

excelente vista al mar, hotel para una noche, no mas, instalaciones viejas y con poco mantenimiento, buena atención del personal de recepción, lo mejor que el aire acondicionado funcionaba. buena piscina, solo funciona un ascensor. tiene bar/restaurant pero muy limitado
