I cannot fault this hotel and it's staff, clean, efficient, great choice of well cooked food, fun entertainment (could do with an adult disco couple of times a week though) beds were a bit hard but we had made a few friends with the lovely staff Javier and Isabel in the restaurant, Manu at the bar and Gerry, Ceaser and luca as the young entertainers. Definitely going again it's beautiful safe, paradise ✨️

Lots of positives for this hotel. All areas were very clean and tidy. Rooms were comfortable with very comfy beds and pillows. Useful fridge in room. Two amazing swimming pools with plenty of sun beds around. Lovely thick beach towels you could change daily if needed. Good choice of food for breakfast , lunch and dinner. Plenty of tables . Tables instantly cleared once you finished eating. Choice of wines or water for evening dinner and lunch. I wouldnt recomend the snack food round by the pool I had a toastie , Hardly toasted with funny tasting ham & cheese. We got the impression they didnt want to dish out bar snacks . (We only had this because we missed lunch). Great entertainments with a really friendly entertainments team. Shout out to Luca he loves to chat . Not a very nice beach directly outside hotel but if you walk either side of the hotel there were lovely beaches. Good bus service to various places . Highly recomend visiting San fransico the main town , so pretty. Theres not any where to walk to in the evening ie: shops bars ect. I would recomend this hotel .

Hoel Formentera Playa exceeded all my expectations! The breathtaking location, attentive staff, and beautifully designed rooms made it a truly unforgettable experience. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere and the delicious food at the restaurant. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway in paradise! The staff is very kind, especially thanks for Manuel, Sebastian and Felix at the bar, Fernando the Restaurant Manager, Pepe waiter. Guest relation lady and all the management is very friendly. We will return. :)

Our stay at Hotel Formentera Playa was absolutely incredible. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach. The colors azur water and white sand is the most beautiful I've ever seen. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Thank you for Manuel, Sebastian and Felix at the bar, Fernando the Food&Beverege Manager, Pepe waiter, the chef, the cleaning ladies and all the management. Guest relation very friendly. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, offering a true sense of relaxation. The on-site dining options were also exceptional, with a variety of fresh, delicious dishes served in a stunning setting. I can't wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

The waiters in the restaurant were charming. We received lots of helpful information from Fanni, the Customer Relations Manager. Our room had a little kitchenette with a fridge, so we could make our own tea in the morning and snacks/lunch in the daytime. The room was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay. The location was great, close to a lovely beach, which was peaceful and quiet during our stay in May. The restaurant food at breakfast and dinner was excellent, with plenty of choices for me, even though I need gluten free pescatarian/vegetarian options.

Fantastic service, excellent facilities & staff very welcoming & helpful! Our stay was everything that we wanted, ie. very relaxing and in a lovely location. Upon arrival at reception we were made to feel very welcome by Jose and the team. Our room was on the 4th floor of the main block with a fabulous view overlooking the sea so we got to experience some beautiful sunsets. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day by our lovely cleaner who had no issue coming back later if she was a bit too early for us. Raquel, the waiting & kitchen team worked incredibly hard to manage the restaurant. The food (breakfast, lunch, dinner) was excellent with multiple choices of freshly prepared dishes available for each sitting. The pool bar team (Leticia, Pedro & Manuel), were great fun & remembered our drinks, as well as teaching us Spanish. The entertainment team worked really hard but respected if you wanted to just chill out by the pool. We used the cycle hire to get about which was great for just €10 deposit. We managed a few walks either way along the beach using the local bus service (cash only) to get back to the hotel as it stopped right outside. All in all, this hotel is in a great location if you want peace & quiet & the staff work really hard to ensure you have a great stay - would return again & would recommend to others…
