The hotel location was convent and the view were to die for. The service and staff members from reception to resturant were helpful, kind, polite and patient.

Omg. I loved the hotel. When our group arrived, we were greeted with hot towels to wash our hands and the best non alcoholic refreshing drink. The rooms were so nice and modern with the best view. The restaurant was very nice, I loved the non buffet breakfast. I highly recommend a stay.

Location was great, beautiful rooms and comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional 👌 lovely and friendly staff 😋 The view from rooftop swimming pool, we had a wonderful stay! We will back definitely!!!

We only stayed for one night, but we really enjoyed our time here. The hotel has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. Even though it was just a quick visit, everything felt well-organized and comfortable. The biggest highlight for us was definitely the food. It honestly exceeded our expectations. Every meal we had was full of flavour and really well prepared. It’s clear they put a lot of effort into their kitchen, and it paid off. We would strongly recommend eating at the hotel rather than looking for other options—there’s really no need to go elsewhere. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the overall environment was peaceful. While we didn’t have time to take advantage of all the hotel’s facilities or activities, what we did experience was more than enough to make us want to come back for a longer stay next time. Overall, it was a great overnight stop and a good taste of what the hotel has to offer. If you're passing through or even planning a longer trip, it’s definitely worth considering.

A beautiful experience from parking entry, reception, spacious seaview room, food, drinks and the amazing hospitable staff. The place is easy to find right in the heart of bustling life of restaurants and vibrant night life coupled with safe clean streets of Plett. Bustling definition for introverts to enjoy without being overwhelmed 😉. Thank you for giving us an experience and a beautiful birthday tune from the reception staff which I danced to. 🤩

A gem of a hotel in the centre of Plett. Our superior room was spacious, modern and had everything in it you wanted. The staff were so friendly and we loved the swimming pool, bar sea views!

We Travel between port Elizabeth and cape town, we decide to make a stop to see some Beach and play a golf course Evrything was perfect Restaurant, food, bar and pool in the top of the hotel with a very nice sunrise It s was a pleasure to be there

This is a new hotel and apartments in the centre of the Plett CBD. Great location with easy access to the Knysna/PE main road and walking distance down to the beach (but a very uphill walk home). The highlight of the hotel is undoubtedly the rooftop pool and bar area. We were amazed that this wasn't busier. Lovely breakfasts and the staff are super. Our one slight concern was that we thought we booked a 'high room with a view". Our room was actually on lower ground floor with little view (mostly of the back of the apartment building in front. However still a lovely place to stay that we would recommend
