Heritage Hotel Liberan

Very nice staff, easy comunication, always offering help. Room was as shown in photos, cleaned every morning with fresh towels, breakfast was very nice, fresh bread every morning, if there are more people they make warm breakfast (sausages, eggs, bacon etc..), dinner is also very good, on very high standards, we had only one because we were out on dinner every other night. The pool is good alternative if you are not in the mood to go to sea. Overall location is very peacefull and quiet. You have around 10min drive to get to really nice beach in Podgora, near hotel Sirena, About 15min drive to get to Tučepi and about 20min drive to Makarska. I advise you to visit Biokovo Skywalk which is 5-8min away from hotel (you can attend with your car or organised transport) Overall it was a really good experience and will definetly go again!

If you are looking for an accommodation away from tourism, a special feel-good atmosphere and super nice and stylish ambience, I recommend the Hotel Liberan. Initially booked only for a week, it was already clear to us on the second day that we will spend our entire vacation (2 weeks) here. You just can't get enough of the view down to the sea and we have never eaten so deliciously in Croatia before as we did here. Every morning and evening the food is fresh, local and prepared with artistic finesse. The owner Srdjan & chef Kristian pay attention to every detail, always support with all things natural and completely pamper their guests. The peaceful location of the hotel is what particularly appealed us. Away from the hustle and bustle, you really have the opportunity to forget everyday life, relax and escape all the hectic of normal tourism. Nevertheless, the beach is just 5 minutes aways (by car) and all doors are open when it comes to planning trips, exploring new cities or starting hikes or bike tours directly from the house. Our dogs were also very welcome and enjoyed their stay. We will gladly come back and could not have dreamed our vacation any better. And what we loved most – take a look at the pictures ;-)
