Roptro is the cleanest and best accomodation we have ever stayed in. The food was amazing and the host, Maria, is the kindest, friendliest and most helpful person you could ever wish for. Everyday she would plan our excursions so we could see all the local attractions without missing anything. We really were made to feel at home and part of the family. Maria is certainly the best host we have ever come across and we will be returning to stay without a doubt. I would recommend Roptro to anyone wishing to visit the Zagori/ Vikos area. It is the perfect base for a stay in this amazing area of outstanding natural beauty.

Visited Roptro, accidentally. I have to say this was one of the most fortunate accidents ever. Not much to say, other that amazing experience. The village... the food... The scenery... The rooms are more than clean. More than what you expect. The decoration is so very well thought of. Detail means a lot here. Warm, spacious rooms, everything included. The breakfast is yummy, simple, traditional and handmade from Maras hands. Food is not expensive and worth a try. Simple recipes, greek, inspired and soooooo tasty!!! Having a stroll around the village, with the owner Dimitris, i realised that in this village, time stopped 50-60 years back. I couldnt believe that i had not entered a black hole. Dimitris, born in Doliana will share with you so many real stories about living in this village. Just before i was ready to live, Maria offered me a greek coffee, handmade cookies (koulouria) and a delicous baklawa. What a way to finish my trip! But the thing i value most is that i met these people, Dimitris and Maria! Thanks for being my new friends!

Un paesino come Non se ne trovano più ! Una unica piazza/terazza dove la Sera ci si riunisce. La struttura è pulitissima ed i proprietari ed i ragazzi che aiutano gentilissimi. Ci hanno anche regalato una bottiglia per l’acqua che ci piaceva. La signora Maria e Dimitri delle persone fantastiche! Ovviamente se cercate un posto movimentato o con molte cose da fare non è per voi! Noi siamo state benissimo

Πολλά συγχαρητήρια αξίζουν στην κυρία Μαρία για το μεράκι και το πάθος της. Φιλική, ευγενέστατη και πολύ εξυπηρετική με ένα μεγάλο χαμόγελο παντα πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει και να μας δώσει χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για το ταξίδι μας και τη γύρω περιοχή. Τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα με εξαιρετικα κλινοσκεπασματα, μαξιλάρια και στρώματα που δε συναντάς ούτε σε πεντάστερα ξενοδοχεία! Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική με αρκετά αξιοθέατα τριγύρω και μόλις 20 λεπτά από τα σύνορα （ιδανικό σημείο για διανυκτέρευση εάν έχετε ταξίδι στα Βαλκάνια όπως εμείς）. Νιώσαμε σα να είμαστε φιλοξενούμενοι και φίλοι πάρα πελάτες. Ένα μεγάλο μπράβο! Θα επιστρέψουμε σιγουρα και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους!

Εξαιρετικό εστιατόριο! Η φιλοξενία του Δημήτρη και της Μαρίας στον υπέροχο, ζεστό και άνετο χώρο τους το Σάββατο της Ανάστασης ηταν εξαιρετική!! Νιώσαμε λες και βρισκόμασταν στο σπίτι μας! Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό και άφθονο ξεκινώντας από την παραδοσιακή μαγειρίτσα μέχρι και την απίθανη πίτσα τους （που επιβάλετε να δοκιμάσετε ότι εποχή και να το επισκεφθείτε）. Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση!!

Παρά πολύ καλή επιλογή το Ροπτρο για το διήμερο μας την περίοδο της Πρωτοχρονιάς, Εξαιρετικό κατάλυμα ,πεντακάθαρο με όλα τα facilities και πολύ καλή δουλειά κι αγάπη Θα το προτιμήσουμε και πάλι σίγουρα στην επόμενη εκδρομή μας στα Ζαγοροχώρια .
