It was cold so I tried to take a shower, but no matter how many minutes I waited, no warm water came out.
I had a bit of an unpleasant experience when I found hair under my pillow.
Other than that, the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
There was an electric blanket which was very helpful at night.
