Northern Lapland Hotels with Wi-Fi

I was worried when I saw the average reviews online. But after staying for three days, I still felt good. We stayed in a suite with a sauna, which was quite large and clean. Bad management during check in. I book an Apartment for 2 nights for this stay but I got the room for 1 night each. Staff told me I have to change room tomorrow and check out at 12PM. So that mean first night I stay and tomorrow check out 12PM and wait for a new room. Also, the apartment is very far from reception. Luckily, I have a car. Imagine if I don't have a car, I have to carry big luggage from the apartment to reception to check out and wait for new room later and move my luggage to new room again, how was it? Moreover, when I check out at 12PM staff told me the room will ready for check in around 2 hours. Then came back to check in again for second at 3PM another staff told me the room is not ready yet and policy for the Apartment check in time is 6PM. ***!!! I said I need the room now because this is unacceptable. Then staff told me the room is ready and give me the key card. So, for this situation I waste the time for half day to pack my luggage, move a lot of luggage to my car with a lot of snow, check out, go to reception for check out, wait the new room, wait, wait, wait, and come back to check in and got very bad answer that she told the room is not ready, and go to check in again, move my luggage to new apartment with a lot of snow, and take a rest. VERY BAD!!!!!

Hotel location is very good, very close to the bus station, outdoor activity center, the room is warm, the hotel service staff is very warm, the hotel has a free sauna and gym, the room is a bit old, the bathroom is a bit tide, but it is within acceptable range, very good

The breakfast was good. There were fresh pineapples and melons. The Wi-Fi was only in the lobby and the staff was very responsible. There is no bus to the hotel to take a taxi, you can choose a bus to the nearest hotel and then take a taxi will save money. I saw the Aurora Alarm rang six times a night, and the last 23 o'clock Aurora was the strongest.

There is a paid shuttle bus that takes you from the holiday club to the hotel, but you need to make a reservation in advance. You can also walk there, which takes about 15 minutes. I stayed in Kelo, a half-timbered house with a glass roof. It was very large. It was worthy of being the originator of the glass house. The room was nothing special. There were two beds under the glass house, two beds in the wooden house, and a bunk bed in the villa. There is a sauna, which is very suitable for a family. It is also very convenient to play in the snow outside. Moreover, because the hotel has an aurora alarm clock, the hotel has an alarm clock to remind you when the aurora breaks out that night, so we were very lucky to see the aurora this night.
