As Fotos do quarto não condizem com a realidade. O quarto é mal conservado, as janelas são sujas, não tem secador de cabelo e as toalhas são velhas, quase transparente. O quarto é pequeno e não há espaço sequer para abrir as malas. Não tem cafeteira. O hotel fica longe de tudo que é turístico. Não há bons restaurantes por perto. Fica próximo à estação de trem. O estacionamento é razoável e a atendente na recepção foi gentil.

Ayant l'habitude des appart-hôtels celui ci est situé à promimité de la gare et d'une avenue.Il n'y a rien autour pour diner. Le quartier n'est pas accueillant. Toute la nuit bruit des trains de marchandises. L'accueil est correct. La chambre est de dimension correcte. La literie est bonne. La télé est minuscule. La salle de bain fait penser à une maison de retraite. Il faut engager des travaux de rénovation rapidement. Pour une nuit de transit c'est bien mais sans plus.

Ça pue dans les couloirs Dans les chambres, il y a des remontées d odeur, très désagréable. Sur 5j, aucun passage de ménage. Literie pas terrible. Beaucoup de nuisances sonores avec la gare, les trains et les passages des clients dans l hôtel avec les portes L ibis qui est à côté est plus petit mais beaucoup plus propre, incomparable, ménage tous les jours Ne pas hésiter, prendre ibis

Hôtel vétuste et dysfonctionnements trop nombreux ! Une tâche sur une taie d'oreiller et une couette pour un lit de 90 sur un lit de 140 ! Heureusement le drap cachait la misère... Après vérification, la couette (même plus blanche, plutôt grise) avait été tournée dans le sens de largeur histoire faire illusion.... Seuls points positifs : une literie correcte et une propreté presque étonnante étant donné le niveau du reste !

Décevant, PAS COMMERCIAUX!! J'avais réservé 3 chambres du 28 au 30 décémbre derniers et ai été prélevé de la somme à payer le 24 décembre . Le 29 décembre, j'ai dû annuler une chambre pour RAISON DE COVID et ai naturellement demandé le remboursement.... et il m'a été répondu que le tarif dont je bénéficiais était non annulable et non remboursable jusqu'à 5 jours avant l'arrivée Depuis quand PEUT-ON PREVOIR UNE PERSONNE POSITIVE JUSQU'A 5 JOURS AVANT L'ARRIVEE....... et on m'a proposé A TITRE EXCEPTIONNEL le 11 JANVIER un report AVANT FIN FEVRIER 2022.....
