A very worthwhile hotel. Although the English is not OK, the hotel staff helped to solve it smoothly. Thumbs up!
1. There are coffee tables and chairs on the large balcony. Although it is a little wine, it is relatively clean and does not affect the view of the distant Feiwa Lake and snow-capped mountains.
2. I checked out from the previous hotel at 12 o'clock that day, and the hotel arranged to check in at 12:30, which is very heartwarming. In addition, a glass of watermelon juice was given to each person, which was nice.
3. The room is clean and tidy, the sheets and quilts are OK, and there is a small refrigerator.
4. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple, mainly bread, eggs, milk, and juice. If you forget to have breakfast, the hotel will call to remind you to have breakfast.
5. The hotel can pay by credit card, cash, etc. The lobby manager will also patiently inform the details, and check in and check out smoothly.

I spent two nights here with my family. This is a nice and well-situated hotel in Pokhara. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was nice and there were many staff available to assist. The only thing that could be improved was the bathroom, which had low water pressure in the shower and a spot of black mould and a hole in the ceiling. Apart from that it was a nice place and we had a lovely stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived; the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable, with great views of the city; the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options. I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. Regards. Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Rooms were average size. Disappointment was that none of the rooms had clear view of either lake or the annapurna range. To have a look at the same you need to go to the terrace from where we witnessed the majestic sunrise over the mountains each morning. Buffet breakfast spread was also average where if you go at 8:30 am, most of the items were finished. Had to request multiple times to replenish the exhausted items. Another point was the housekeeping service. They come to clean the rooms around 3-4 pm in the evening. So if you are back in the afternoon after going out at early morning, you would still have the uncleaned rooms. I am not criticizing but these are certain areas of development. Regarding view from room, there is nothing they can do.

Please check the condition of 200 km road before visiting pokhara from kathmandu. Terrible road, completely broken. Not good even for 2 km stretch. Stay at hotel was good, but visiting to pokhara itself was so bad experience due to very very bad road.

Excellent Hotel. Great ambience. Stuffs behaviour is so good. Good buffet breakfast. You can find an agency in front of the hotel for doing activities like bungee, paragliding, sightseeing etc at a good rate. Highly recommended Hotel at Pokhara, Nepal.
