Guests are requested to keep the space clean before leaving. - The villa is 3 km from Pokhara, with some off-road sections. We recommend using our car services if you need one. - Each bathroom has a 30L electric geyser. During colder months, space showers 10 minutes apart for the best experience. - NO - smoking indoors, pets, parties & loud noise of any sort. - We are in close proximity to the nature, so expect bugs, flies, etc. GUEST ACCESS The villa is on the back of host's residential building. Guests will have their keys, allowing for 24-hour access to the property. OTHER NOTES - Gas, water, and electricity are valuable resources in Nepal. Please use them mindfully during your stay. - Occasional issues may occur, but we act quickly once informed.
