Hotel City Inn - Mountain View

City Inn is close to Phewa Lake and many cafes, restaurants, and shops. The manager, Ram, was very helpful during our stay, including booking activities, flights, and a stay in Bardiya National Park The hotel has a breakfast option. There are many other restaurants near for other meals. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a place to stay while in Pokhara.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which was comfortable and convenient, but what was even more impressive was the level of service displayed by the hotel manager Ram. He was so friendly, helpful and resourceful, especially when we had to navigate a difficult situation due to airport closures and heavy rain on our way back to Kathmandu. Thank you so much, Ram!

I choosed another good hotel in Pokhara. Our room 703 was large looking at the lake. Situated very close to the lake and the promenade with shops and restaurants. The manager, Mr Ram, is very kindly and helpful. The taxi driver of the hotel pick up us at the bus station and the day after, very early in the morning, he took us to see the sunrise over Anapura. Breakfast was good and enough. In the room I asked more towels, and shampoo blister and I got with the change of the frigider because it wasn't out of order. Very prompty to satisfy customers requests. Wifi good. We spent a very good time ( 3 days ) in Pokhara, it's worth a visit ... in City Inn Too !!! Ivanromeo Zavatti ( Italy ).

Great property and neat facilities. Awesome views of the mountains from the higher floors. Couple of mins walk to the lakeside market road which has all the shopping and restaurants. Great staff and customer service specially Mr. Ram at the reception who made sure our stay was utmost comfortable. He even arranged the trek arrangements for us where we had a great experience. Overall excellent stay

Wonderdull hotel , wonderful breakfast and what a amazing hospitality. The hotel manager Ram is very kind person,he put all his best efforts to make ur stay and trip excellent,he take care of very small small things. He also help u to book the local transport in economical rate . We stay with fami5and booked 3 room , all the staff members are amazing, always talk with u very good smile . Very good service

Dirty and messy room! Stayed here for 1 night as it was arranged by Travel Agent! The pictures and the actual condition of the Room are different! The balcony door was difficult to open, worst thing, seems like they didn’t change the bedsheet as it was smelly and a bit damp! One of the staff knocked our room out of the blue which we found it very annoying!!
