Elysia is a beautiful retreat set atop a hill overlooking the Hunter Valley. I was doubly impressed by the pools, gyms, and health facilities. They helped balance out the effects of the nearby wineries. Also, the rooms are huge and recently renovated.

I spent three days here and completely unwound doing as much or little as I wanted. The room, the size of a small apartment, was high end quality, the food plentiful and delicious and the activities were interesting and beneficial. Set in the middle of wine country the location is divine
