Superb stay at BAYIT! Staff were wonderful- thank you Daria for your help and amazing communication over every detail of our stay - thank you Antonella for the best breakfast I have ever had! Beautiful home-cooked food and the perfect breakfast selection! Car parking was made easy with the shuttle transfer and the room was modern and very bijoux with nice shower products. Thank you!

Excellent place to stay—the property is very elegant, comfortable, and clean. Perfectly located to explore all the attractions. Most importantly, the service was outstanding. I especially want to highlight Daria, who was an excellent host—attentive to every detail with a smile and incredibly efficient—as well as the rest of the staff: Antonella, Marica, and Luciana. Delicious breakfast on the terrace with a view. Everything was spotless! Highly recommended.

Bayit in Polignano a Mare was the perfect spot for my solo trip. Daria was incredibly welcoming, and the peaceful, stylish space made me feel right at home. Great location, just steps from the cliffs. Highly recommended! The hotel offers a serene atmosphere with beautiful design and all the comfort I needed. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the quiet environment allowed for restful nights. I loved exploring the town and returning to such a peaceful retreat.

Daria and Antonella were great, we spent 3 wonderful days there, very luxurious and tasty breakfast made up carefully with local produce of beautifully fresh vegetables and fruits. Polignano is a pretty little town with good restaurants and good vibes.

In the heart of the old town, beautiful hotel with stylish rooms, great service! The hotelmanager, Daria, speaks english fluently and is very helpfull and friendly. (listen to her recommendations if you want a nice restaurant!). Very nice rooftop with fantastic views. Breakfast was excellent. We'll be back!

this is a lovely B&B.. nice design and and exceptional personal touch from the lady in the reception. The location os directly in the city center, so ideal to explore. We are visiting the town in April and weekend and for us it is too crowded. The rooms has ok size for us, I like the bathroom and there are first class amenities included, but indeed, the the privacy is nit that high due to the glass door, but not issue for us. Also we have on of the rooms in the first ground and it is impossible to sleep becouse of the bar. Some of the reviews mention they were ear plugs provided, but not for us, I would consider to inform the guest before especially with small kids - as didn’t expect such a noice.
