We had a wonderful stay at Bayit! The hotel strikes the perfect balance between stylish design and warm hospitality. Every detail — from the beautifully curated rooms to the thoughtful amenities (and breakfast on the roof terrace)— made us feel truly welcome. The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the heart of Polignano a Mare, yet quiet enough to relax and unwind. Daria, the Hotel Manager, was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready with great local recommendations, good tip and just everything what we needed. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and charming escape in Puglia with an amazing customer service. Thank you Daria!!

The hotel was very beautiful, with huge rooms, super high ceilings and two full bathrooms. It is located smack in the middle of the town, with the church and several restaurants, cafes and gelaterias in the same block. It is walking distance to several points of interests including their beautiful clear sea water with dark blue/green tones and rocky cliffs to dive from. The staff and manager were very friendly/welcoming, and the town's people in general are very nice. The only negative to this hotel, is the air conditioning.....it doesn't work well. The coldest it got was 23.2⁰C or 74⁰F. Make sure to bring a little portable fan if you want to have a cool sleep.

Daria went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She made restaurant recommendations and reservations. Gave guidance and booked numerous transfers. . Also , arranged an early very early breakfast. Her team are delightful and an absolute credit to her . The hotel is well located in the old town , facilities are very good and the roof terrace is amazing. The breakfast offering is superb with variations each day . Overall , exceptional

From the start Daria was beyond helpful! She arranged parking at a nearby lot and helped with the transfers to and from the hotel. She assisted us with restaurant recommendations and also an activity in a near by town. The hotel itself was in such a great location and very convientant for everything the town has to offer. The room was huge which was very unexpected. The breakfast every morning was really great and with a beautiful view on the roof top. Overall our stay was beyond expectations and will be definitely be coming back!

Our welcome began when we were met at the car on arrival and continued all through our week long stay Nothing was too much trouble to arrange from transport to restaurant bookings perfect bookings really comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast

Bayit's service is remarkable. Nothing is too much trouble for Daria and her warm and friendly team. Daria is also an impressive tour guide . Brekfast is outstanding , a combination of home cooking and local produce . Antonella makes delicious cakes, different ones each day . Bayit is a little gem.

Superb stay at BAYIT! Staff were wonderful- thank you Daria for your help and amazing communication over every detail of our stay - thank you Antonella for the best breakfast I have ever had! Beautiful home-cooked food and the perfect breakfast selection! Car parking was made easy with the shuttle transfer and the room was modern and very bijoux with nice shower products. Thank you!

Excellent place to stay—the property is very elegant, comfortable, and clean. Perfectly located to explore all the attractions. Most importantly, the service was outstanding. I especially want to highlight Daria, who was an excellent host—attentive to every detail with a smile and incredibly efficient—as well as the rest of the staff: Antonella, Marica, and Luciana. Delicious breakfast on the terrace with a view. Everything was spotless! Highly recommended.
