Donna Domenica Boutique Suites

We stayed in the penthouse suite at the Donna Dominica suites, Polignano a Mare and we absolutely loved it. We had the whole top level with our own sun deck and Turkish bath. We need to shout out the staff at the hotel, especially Margherita and Annamaria who were so helpful in every request we asked of them. The location was the absolute best, close to everything in this magical old city. We consider this place the jewel in the crown of Puglia, it especially comes into it’s own at night and the Hotel is right in the middle of all the action.

Very lovely boutique hotel. The hosts, Annamaria and Margherita are very accommodating and always friendly and quick to respond. The location is great, right near the historic center, but there is noise from a bar downstairs untill like 1 a.m every night. I stayed in the suite with the rooftop terrace for 4 days. It was a lovely room and the terrace is the best feauture, but the AC is aimed directly on the bed and very close to it, and I got a really bad cold because it would automatically turn on and blow cold air onto me during the night.

Excelente stay at a great location with a fantastic staff! Great communication about parking with a pickup included. Our room was clean comfortable with a steam room and our own terrace. Continental Breakfast was delicious and there was eggs, yogurt, fruits etc. Is located at a Main Street were all restaurants bars, shops are but we couldn’t here any noise from our room. Everything was excellent! Thank you

Fantastically located boutique hotel. Small hotel beautifully renovated and modernised. Anna Maria and Margarita are so helpful. They provided great advice on travel in the area. We were leaving before breakfast on two mornings and they offered to have coffee and croissants available for us. We had the suite at the top of the hotel. Lovely room and private terrace on top floor. (The bathroom had frosted glass door and was part of the room so not too much privacy! ) Would highly recommend.

My partner and I plus two friends spent the last two nights of our Puglian trip at the Donna Domenica. It was a wonderful finale to our fabulous trip! It's a beautifully calm and considered B&B, with elegant spacious rooms and bathrooms (we stayed in the Superior Suites) and a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the rooftops of Polignano with a view of the sea. This is where they serve a really lovely breakfast. The lovely Margherita and Annamaria take care of everything with charm and kindness and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are immaculately clean, simply and elegantly designed with a very comfortable bed and a lovely chromotherapy shower, and the the accommodation is on the main pedestrian street just outside the bustle of the historic centre, which can be reached on foot in minutes. Polignano is a stunning town and one that should not be missed if in the area. Annamaria organised a boat trip for us which was unforgettable, and Margherita took care of arranging transport back home to the airport with the kind and enthusiastic driver Filippo. This was an unforgettable stay and we shall definitely come back to the Donna Domenica when we are next in Polignano a Mare. Thank you to all the staff x

Wonderful stay at Donna Domenica! Small boutique hotel, beautiful rooms, exceptional staff (Margherita & Annamaria were amazing), beautiful terrace and generous breakfast. In the heart of Polignano. If available, don't hesitate and book it. I would definitely return!
