Waited outside for 20 minutes with 10 other people that were also told to meet at a particular time. Nothing in the unit worked properly including aircon, tv, toilet. For everything there was an extra charge including arriving early or late, beach towels in a beachside town, new towels, room cleaned etc etc Did not feel welcome

What a pleasant surprise this centrally located apartment was. We selected the Vilu Suite Centro as we wanted to stay for a few days in Polignano a Mare on our trip to Italy. The apartment was clean, modern, in a great location (near the historic centre and close to the train station). A small supermarket under the apartments also is great if you want to pick up a few things. The apartment is very well equipped and had everything for your stay including some snacks, juice, mini toasts, cleaning products and coffee pods, something we don’t see all that often if at all back home. Floriana is helpful and really made us feel welcome. We would have no hesitation in recommending these apartments.

Siamo tornati ieri da questo posto stupendo. Appartamento bello e pulitissimo in una zona piena di pace e tranquillità a due passi dal mare. Floriana e Daniela disponibilissime per ogni informazione ma un grazie particolare a Marco che , il giorno prima di ferragosto si è adoperato per risolverci un piccolo inconveniente. Grazie!

Apart hotel muito perto do centro histórico! Estrutura muito bacana, tudo muito novo e bonito! Apart confortável! Garagem ótima, a um custo de 15e a diária. O único senão do apart é a limpeza do apartamento nenhum dia ( 40e pra limpar). Não trocam toalhas (15e pra trocar) e nem lavam a louça q vc utiliza!! Não arrumam nada!!! Também não repõem os itens do banheiro (shampoo, sabonete, etc) Não entram nunca no quarto. A Flo, que nos atendeu na chegada, nunca mais encontrei! O legal é que tem um ótimo supermercado bem abaixo do apart!! A cidade é linda! Valeu muito!

Posto magnifico. Vilù va scelto da chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax con la possibilità di divertimento a pochi minuti di macchina. Gli appartamenti sono pulitissimi grazie alle signore che se ne occupano. Le assumerei tutte immediatamente!! la cucina è attrezzata di tutto punto, il bagno funzionale con ampia doccia. Godibilissimo il patio esterno per cenare o leggere. Particolare non trascurabile, gli appartamenti sono davvero ben insonorizzati. Ci sembrava di essere da soli, mai sentito un rumore proveniente dagli altri appartamenti. Il mare è eccezionale, incredibilmente limpido. L'ingresso in acqua è agevole, non parliamo di scogli appuntiti o pericolosi e una volta dentro sei in paradiso. Per i meno esperti, a 30 metri c'è la deliziosa spiaggetta di sabbia di Porto Contessa. Da ultimo, Marco è una presenza discreta ma sempre presente, pronto a intervenire per ogni esigenza o piccolo problema. Insomma, Vilù mantiene tutte le promesse e andare via sarà proprio difficile!!!

Dieci giorni stupendi in un posto incantevole: appartamento sopraelevato con tutti comfort e arredamento moderno. Comodissima la spiaggia a pochi metri (bisogna solo prenderci un attimo la "mano" con gli scogli) e ottima la posizione strategica, tranquilla ma comoda per raggiungere il centro di Polignano in pochissimi minuti in auto. Personale gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

De kamers waren tip top in orde. Zeer modern en netjes. Wij kwamen niets te kort. Op 7 minuten van Polignano a Mare centrum. Monopoli, Ostuni… zeer dichtbij met de auto. Restaurantjes en bars op wandelafstand, idem met de stranden. Mooie locatie.
