A charming hotel with the most incredible, kind and generous hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. It’s been a number of years since I’ve been back but I dream of the day I can sit in that beautiful outdoor dining area again.

A hidden gem in the hilltop village of Polizzi Generosa. Centred around a beautiful courtyard garden and serving outstanding anti pasti, fresh fish and a range of meat-based dishes and pasta. The owners Luigi and Karin are great hosts and knowledgeable about locally-sourced fresh foods. The restaurant also has hotel rooms available too. A great evening with great friends and brilliant food and wine.

Siamo stati in agosto con gli amici di sempre per sfuggire al caldo della città e abbiamo trovato il Paradiso in questa antica dimora nel cuore delle Madonie. Struttura caratteristica con spazi esterni molto curati dove potersi rilassare. Ottimo cibo della tradizione, noi siamo un gruppo complicato sia per varie intolleranze alimentari che per scelte etiche, ma ci hanno accontentato in tutto andando anche oltre le nostre aspettative. Il proprietario Luigi è una persona generosa e simpaticissima, coadiuvato dalla moglie molto professionale e affabile. Si sente l’amore per il lavoro che fanno. Esperienza da ripetere senz’altro

Location e persone squisite (parlo dei titolari) Cucina d'altri tempi con ingredienti a km zero in mezzo alla natura e agli animali allevati allo stato brado. Ci torneremo molto volentieri. Un particolare grazie al Sig. Luigi 😘

Ho passato due notti in questa struttura. Posto incantevole in mezzo alla natura. Si sta benissimo, pulizia, gestori cordiali e molto disponibili per consigli o qualsiasi altra cosa. Consiglio anche di mangiare da loro sia a colazione che a cena. Ottima la posizione per esplorare le Madonie. Grazie ancora per avermi fatto usufruire della stanza l'ultimo giorno che non stavo bene. Posto meraviglioso, immerso nella natura, silenzio e relax assoluto. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole godere dello spettacolo della natura lontano dal tra tran quotidiano e dal traffico cittadino. Grande ospitalità, cortesia, simpatia e professionalità. Buon cibo. Lontano da qualsiasi abitazione e senza piscina non è meta preferita da famiglie con bimbi e questo è un vantaggio per chi come me non ama la confusione Assolutamente da ripetere.

Solitamente evito le recensioni negative, preferisco passare oltre e pensare che tutti possono avere giornate storte. Ma non stavolta. Stavamo trascorrendo una cena in famiglia. Il proprietario sin da subito si è mostrato insofferente verso noi ed i bambini ma sopratutto verso questi ultimi, che in diverse occasioni sono stati trattati malamente. All'ennesima scortesia non abbiamo voluto passare oltre e ci siamo lamentati. Come tutta risposta sono stato quasi attaccato, con atteggiamento provocatorio e francamente minaccioso del proprietario, persona davvero sgradevolissima. Ho temuto di dover chiamare i carabinieri. Peccato. Uno splendido paesaggio ed una cucina discreta (senza infamia e senza lode), che meriterebbero un proprietario all'altezza. Davvero inqualificabile.
