Really good hotel with excellent cycling and sports facilities and super friendly and helpful staff. Gabriel from the front desk in particular provided excellent support, helping with hire car, directions, suggestions and helping with the hotel facilities.

Lovely clean hotel. Excellent facilities especially if you like sport. 25 metre pool, mini spa, gym. Several outdoor pools which were cold. Great choice of food, all buffet style but you must remember to book before certain times otherwise the staff will not allow you to book. For a large hotel seems unusual rule as all food is buffet style & a quick turnover. Some of the staff lovely, others not so great. Rooms are spacious & well equipped, cleaned daily & towels changed daily. Would definitely return.

We stayed for eight nights in an apartment just right for us self catering did have 5 meals in the restaurant on the evenings food OK hotel clean and staff are a credit to the hotel but we had no hot water for at least 4 days there was a hotel problem with it no so good there is no Evening entertainment for adults and restaurant closes at 9pm TV is poor for English only 2 channels never mind we had a chill time and good weather thank you all to the staff maybe we see you again

A hotel is only successful a s the people whom they hire. In the case of Hoposa Villaconcha they hit the lottery with their staff. The front desk is helpful, accommodating and always ready with a smile. The location of the hotel is about one block to a beautiful beach with loungers and umbrellas. There is also a beach bar and bathrooms there too. The beach always has a constant breeze. The breakfast buffet is numerous and well serviced. There are washing machines in the hotel free of charge nd parking on the street with a car is no problem. Very family oriented hotel, but very enjoyable for couples too! Enjoy your stay!

Excellent serviced apartments , well appointed , with extensive facilities including : 3 x pools , children’s play area and a separate adults pool too . Also specialise in facilities for cyclists . Staff are excellent too . Although not on the beach front , they are only a 2 minute walk to the beach .

The hotel was very clean, the food was ok and there was lots to do for children and families. The children loved the pool which was very clean. They opened the blue slide for one hour a day, which the children really enjoyed. Very lovely staff and good location.

We spent a fantastic week here at the end of May as a family of four with older children (10 and 13). The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, always smiling, which makes a huge difference. We did go out and about every day but spent time in the lovely pools and the children enjoyed the table tennis and darts. We ate dinner twice for the BBQ nights which were very good, with a full buffet alongside the BBQ. Breakfast was good quality and plenty of choice, always fresh fruit and healthier options. Apartment was well organised with lots of storage so we could put everything away and keep it tidy. Cleaners did a great job too. We would 100% recommend this hotel, it had such a nice atmosphere and fab location near the beach and town.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. on site bike shop very good. Facilities and location spot on. Food was superb. Short walk to beach and shops. Clean. only negative was the sunbed issue. we ended up on the grass every day whilst hardly any people on the sunbeds, but towels on. ive never experienced it this bad at a hotel. We didn’t spend much time at the pool but still bad to have to sit and try and relax on the grass with no shade
