Our stay was mostly good, but there were a few disappointing experiences that really stood out. Despite multiple confirmations from our side for vegetarian food, they served chicken pizzas — and when questioned, the executive casually said, “Sir, we won’t charge you since it was chicken pizza.” That’s simply unacceptable and shows a lack of basic attentiveness. Another issue was the untrained staff — they kept saying “Sir, I’ll get back to you” but never actually did. Even something as simple as canceling a one-day booking turned into a struggle; it took a lot of effort to get it resolved. Apart from these instances, the overall stay and facilities were fine. But the service quality and staff training definitely need serious improvement

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property with family, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish The food was another highlight every meal was very fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented by NADORA. Staff were courteous and friendly. Highly recommend.

Stay was fabulous at the Hotel.Nice room with clean bathroom.The whole staff was supportive specially front desk (Rutik,Abhishek and others).Food at restaurant was tasty. Location is near by palolem beach.Cab services are easily arranged from the Hotel.(Specially cab owner Mr.Jayesh)

The whole property was amazing, and my family had a great time. The best part was definitely the food—it was super delicious! Huge thanks to Mr. Mosim Khan, the head chef, who cooked everything so well that everyone absolutely loved it. Big shoutout to him and the staff for making such tasty meals!

I had a great stay at this hotel! The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. A special shoutout to Chef Mohsin Ji, whose culinary skills were absolutely excellent – every meal was a delight! The location is also a big plus, being so close to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy morning walks and sunset views. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

There was excellent service, excellent staff, excellent chef and the environment was beautiful. The food was excellent.The chef made a really good job in cooking. The rooms were clean and hygiene. Our family really enjoyed, a must visit place in Goa.
