Excellent bungalows, recently opened, so the price and quality are high, they always clean, the only thing you need to ask and give the key, since there is only one key, so you need to warn when you want them to clean! Very modest, but cozy and clean hotel. The location is perfect, quiet and close to the beach. Excellent bed linen, good pillow and mattress. Quiet air conditioning. The only downside is the lack of a refrigerator. However, the owner allows you to cool drinks in his large refrigerator. There are practically no Russians in the hotel, mostly quiet Indian families.

Excellent hotel, full compliance with price and quality, the manager is in touch 24/7, took great care of our stay, they clean every day, the bed linen is clean and towels too. The owner needs to organize foot washing at the entrance to the reception. And also the appearance.

Хорошее расположение - до пляжа 5 минут неспешной прогулки, немного в стороне от дороги, соответственно тихо.
До центральной улицы Палолема 3 минуты кустами.
В номере все что надо есть. Особо хочу отметить - отличная большая кровать с замечательным матрасом.
Но самое отличительное - это владелец! Manjay - спасибо за всё! Можно обращаться по любым вопросам, всегда постарается помочь и пойти навстречу.

This place is AMAZING! Location is perfect, at the quieter end of Patnem beach so very peaceful. Mani is the best, always happy and smiling, nothing is too much trouble. Great with local advice and ideas too. The food is delicious, especially the momos - we had lots! The kitchen team are brilliant, kitchen very clean. The huts are brand new and are spotless, aircon, tv, kettle and a little terrace. There is nothing negative to say about Sand Tent at all and I cannot wait to go back again next year. The resort is at the north of patnem beach. It has only just opened, so things look a bit bare compared to some of the older places around but don't be put off. The huts are all new, air con works and is almost silent, and the food and service outstanding. Very good value and I expect prices will go up once word of mouth gets around. Special thanks to Manis for whom nothing was too much trouble.

Brand new huts with quiet and powerful air conditioning and a lovely bathroom and king size comfortable bed. The breakfast and evening meal was delicious and there was a good selection of drinks available. The manager Manish was absolutely brilliant - couldn’t do enough to help including proactively moving the shade umbrella!
