Wonderful location and decent sea facing rooms. They tried best to arrange foods and make the stay comfortable. It’s not a very luxury accommodation but it’s worth to compromise comfort for the location. Not sure how safe it will be in rains though.

Хороший отель, удобное местоположение . Постель чистая, есть отличный ресторан с нормальными ценами, и очень приятный парень, говорящий по русски. Ему отдельное спасибо. Теперь что не понравилось, нет никаких шильномыльных кроме куска мыла и одного рулона бумаги, шампунь - покупайте сами, убираются не каждый день, время выезда 10 утра, а не 12 как везде! Бассеин мутный. В целом очень даже не плохо.

We flew here after a few weeks of travel around north India by train and were delighted when we saw where we were staying. Like most of India, Palolem is a hectic place but when you come into the hotel it's immediately a calm, and enjoyable hotel. The pool is well kept, with a really diligent 'caretaker'. Well done him. All of the staff exceeded our expectations with a particular shout out to young Karvesh who was very attentive. Overall we have been very happy here, and the only reason it's four and not five stars is the music in the pool lobby ( and occasionally in the breakfast room) was intrusive and repetitive and most days we had to ask for it to be turned down. However this was always done with a smile so not a deal breaker. We definitely recommend the hotel.

Loved the place and the spacious rooms.. and backdoor leading to the central garden was blissful. The staff is friendly ( special mention to Vishal and Vaishali) ......... The property has 4 restaurants , I tried 3 and loved the food! Rajbagh beach is clean and not crowded, peaceful it is. I think, I ll be back here soon! The only slight discomfort for tourists could be the distance from the airport , but I feel, for peace , the extra miles are worth it!

Nice hotel with restro...hotel is nice room is also good ...but room have no tv or no phone so if you want to order something than walk to reception.....pool is good. Tasty food....and famous Palolem beach is near ...and remember if you book room with breakfast than note they give you only 1 item with 1 parson not unlimited breakfast...

It was overall average experience at resort de palolem. Location wise it's excellent property. The food from their restaurant is also great in taste and rate as well. Rooms are clean and neat. The complementary breakfast should be improved as they accept only one option.

It was a pleasant stay at martin crest for one day. Located at 4. 00 km from palolem beach. All amenities like ac, geyser, refrigerator, electric kettle etc. Were provided in the room. Bathroom was neat and clean. Staffs are very polite and co- operative. Tariff is budget friendly with comfortable stay.

The Tubki Resort is one the best resort to stay with family, very near to Patnem beach and around 5 mins bike ride to Palolem beach. breakfast is buffet and is complimentary in the package, rooms are big and are very clean including the washroom swimming pool is average size. food is very good at their restaurant. overall experience was good and would rate 10/10 for the stay

A run down refugee camp best describes this utterly appalling hotel. The pictures online are deceiving. We arrived at the hotel and full payment was demanded before we got our key. The room was anything like the 'ocean view' we expected. We looked onto other dilapidated rooms and buildings with a garbage yard right beside our balcony. Inside was utterly disgraceful, linen that had seen better days and appeared soiled, ripped pillowcases, from torn wallpaper to badly laid plastic looking linoleum, a big patched roof in bedroom, filthy looking bedframe and side tables that you wouldn't dare put anything on. Broken cupboard. Those with weak stomachs beware, I'm about to mention the bathroom! From huge cracked tiles on floors, holes in floor, walls and the roof was a plastic sheet! Nothing looked clean anywhere in this whole establishment. We were conned. We demanded a refund and they refused. We have given them a sufficient time of grace to do the right thing but they haven't. Hence the review now. Now they have 24 hours until this review is posted on every review site possible. The customer is always right and this business certainly needs to learn that.
