Guests laud the breakfast variety, spacious rooms, and attentive staff. They also appreciate the clean property and well-equipped pool area. Some wish for similar water pressure at home.

First impression on getting to the hotel was it was spotless. We checked in within two minutes and showed the way to our room. We had a private pool room (411) and were not disappointed. Complementary Champaign was in the room which was lovely. Room spotless. Double shower was great no fighting who is showering first 😂 we were right next to the bar and the snack bar. One thing I would change about the room is not to have the bamboo above as this does block the sun until the sun moves right around in the afternoon… bring floats to float about the pool where the sun is. Nice to have a heated pool too. Lunch was lovely served right away a lot of choice. Couldn’t fault it. Bar area- read a lot of comments of people waiting a long time for drinks we were always served really fast. The lady behind the bar was so good at her job she was on her own and she really did work hard. We sat watching her and she never ever stopped the hotel has a great member of staff right there. She definitely deserves a drink or two after her shift ends. Dinner time in the main restaurant was good food, staff could have been a bit quicker coming to take our drinks order but we didn’t wait longer than 5 minutes. So I can’t really complain about that. Breakfast time food was really nice, freshly made omelettes, fresh fruit and a lot more choice. I was however disappointed that no one came over to offer us a drink. The drinks are strong we usually go away with the kids but we needed a well deserved adult only holiday and first night the drinks definitely got me drunk.. I have stayed at the princess next door and have drank the majority of the day and night and not felt even a little tipsy so yes the drinks here are not watered down. Would I return? Yes I would this place is well kept and perfect for a very relaxed holiday everything is close together you don’t have to walk far for anything.

3 star at best. Bar service is poor and very slow as under resourced. Bearing in mind everyone is all inclusive there is no excuse. Bar staff not helpful and tell you to go to a table and order from a waitress even when you just want a drink to take to your room. Food generally good, but not enough menus so they tell you to look at the menu on the app !!!! Again they know how many tables they have.so surely they know how many menus they need. Mondays is a nightmare as only 1 restaurant open so you have to give your room number and wait for a table. Will not be back - such a shame as rooms are good but let down by poor planning and poor service

Stayed in October as a bid to get an extra week or warmth and relaxation prior to winter kicking in and as part of my wife’s 50th birthday. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Lovely facilities, excellent food and a team of staff who were exemplary. It’s a lovely hotel. Compact but ideal. Rooms are spacious, the beachside location beautiful. Have no complaints and would gladly return In a heartbeat. Though every member of the team were awesome, special thanks go to Stefanos & Aris, who both made us feel so looked after and at ease.

We arrived to a very warm welcome and were shown to our room by a young man named Stelios who was very friendly and explained a little bit about the room and resort. The room we had was a Junior Suite with Balcony and Jacuzzi, which was really “WOW!” We looked straight out to sea which we did most evenings from the jacuzzi which was a real treat. Everything in the room was absolutely spotless and there was an incredible amount of wardrobe space which was a welcome change. The food served in the main restaurant and Culinarium was absolutely first class. Stefanos in the Culinarium was very patient explaining what things were as I am an incredibly picky eater and always suggested things I might like to try. Drinks (i.e cocktails) were excellent, I personally would recommend a Mataxa Fizz which was absolutely delicious, my husband loved the White Lady but be warned it’s very potent. 🤣 Special mention for Ioanna and both Georges who worked in the bar, they were exemplary. The entertainment was varied and pretty good, we especially liked the Greek dancers. The TUI reps were often in attendance in the evenings which was nice. Maria in particular worked tirelessly. Around the hotel in general was kept in an immaculate condition. There were a few cats which I found really lovely and they were never an annoyance to anyone and looked in very good health. The pool was freezing and could do with a few solar panels to warm it up a little, as nobody wanted to go in. That’s probably the only little complaint I have. Sun beds were never an issue, whatever time of day you wanted one there were available beds which was nice and a real bonus point. We went on a couple of excursions, firstly Nikita market which was quite nice. I bought a dress for €6 a real bargain. The other excursion was theTraditional Sithonia Tour which was a full day. This was perfect as it was mostly by bus as my husband was waiting for hip replacement surgery so too much walking was out of the question. The guide we had was exceptional and there were numerous stops with photo opportunities and a chance to stretch your legs. I would definitely recommend this if mobility is a bit of an issue. All in all we really had a fabulous holiday and we don’t generally return to places, but this would certainly be the exception to the rule as we would both love to make a return visit.

A very relaxing holiday in an amazing hotel the staff can’t do enough to help you the food is excellent it truly is a5 star hotel with lots of luxury.what really made our holiday was the tui reps especially Marie she goes out of her way to make sure you are getting the best out of your holiday she went above and beyond for us when our suitcase arrived damaged she went and got US a replacement suitcase in her own time so we wouldn’t get stressed about it ,I can’t say enough nice things about her she is a credit to tui.

Great staff at the hotel - receptionists, mini market, bar, pool bar, Patisserie, spa, culinarium, restaurant, housekeepers, security and all those I haven’t mentioned. Particularly - Konstantinos, Stavros, Dimitris, Sissy, George, Stefanos, thank you for making our honeymoon memorable. The hotel itself is modern, full of warmth, kept clean with a great regiment. Definitely our best/favourite holiday destination we have had. The food provided had an impressive range, many different dishes, different every night. 5 star. Beach, pool, spa/indoor pool, private pool in our room all great and all kept clean/working. Thank you to the management team, they were excellent also. Last shoutout is to the excellent TUI rep Maria, she was amazing. It will be hard to keep us from returning sometime in the future for possibly our anniversary sometime.

We stayed at the blue Lagoon from mid Sept to the first week of Oct. My now fiancé proposed to me out here, he booked the private beach dinner and the proposal could not of been more perfect, the views were incredible as was the food / champers (all of which was not included we paid for this on top). What i was let down by was the hotel's reaction to this, not a single gesture or 'congratulations' from the staff and the TUI rep Maria asked to see my ring the next day (she approached us at the beach) and proceeded to question my fiancé on how much he paid for this and then stated 'you over paid for that' - we were gob smacked at this! We didn't let this ruin our engagement bubble we were in but my advice, do not propose here unless you are thick skinned! As you can see on all reviews, there is absolutely nothing around you here so you are isolated to this hotel. The pool is absolutely freezing, we spent every day on the beach and were content there - recommend paying for the gazebo beds they have - worth the extra 50 euros! Some positives i can say is the hotel is immaculate, we had fresh towels in our room (we stayed in a jacuzzi suite) every day and everywhere you went in the hotel it was spotless. Food wise there was so much variety, you wouldn't struggle to find something you like for all courses. Unfortunately we will not come back to this hotel again which is a shame because it now holds a special memory for us.
