I would like to share my experience regarding my and my family's stay at this hotel because it is a typical example of how you upgrade an entire hotel unit with a single move RIGHT CHOICE OF STAFF!!! Of course, everything is a result of very good Management, which as you easily realize, always keeps in mind the constant observance of three basic rules: Rule 1. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE Rule 2. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE Rule 3. REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE And I mention this because, many hotels, often forget, that after all, what they are selling is the PROVISION of SERVICES!!! And regardless of how many more services or non-services they offer, if they are formally polite, (due to the policy of each hotel), they easily risk becoming formally rude, because many times behind the formality, someone may simply refuse to serve... So, what you receive when you arrive at the hotel is a huge smile and the willingness to be served whatever you may need. The location is amazing, 60 meters from the beach, in the center of the village, (for those who don't want to move a car and believe me there are many..), the rooms are VERY CLEAN, spacious, with a daily visit from the cleaners, a pool, beautifully integrated into a nice environment, a rich breakfast and perhaps the most important, for those who have previous experience from Halkidiki, it also has a PARKING space!!!. Congratulations once again to the Management, but also personally to each and every employee of the hotel who made our stay pleasant, without even showing us that they were trying, it just worked for them very naturally and their behavior stands out among most of the hotels in Halkidiki and not only. I want to apologize for the long review, but personally believe that by rewarding this hotel is the only way to contribute to the noble competition, among the hotels, with the ultimate benefit of getting better services for ourselves and our families. After all, we deserve it!!!
