Fabulous location. Quite place with a nice view. Not too far from the city center. Lovely and efficient staff. Everything was well arranged before our arrival. Hotel is brand new and well kept. It has all the amenities one needs. If you are staying for a longer period I recommend you take the bigger room. Ours was a bit small, but comfortable.

The team brought our stay to perfection. The facilities are very very nice but you still feel home, thanks to the staff! Try the suite. Spacious, comfortable and includes essencial items. The jacuzzi with a view to the lakes is really a nice touch.

Duas noites seguidas apareceram baratas no quarto, a primeira vez na cama e a outra noite caiu do ar condicionado... deixou a desejar o hotel. No quarto não tem local para colocar nem o mínimo de roupas, as roupas tem que ficar dentro da mala no chão do quarto. Exaustor do banheiro sem o mínimo de higienizacao... a vista do hotel em relação a natureza é boa, com lagos, mas deixou muito a desejar com esses contratempos indesejáveis.

Simplesmente maravilhoso! Nossa experiência nesse hotel foi perfeita do início ao fim. Fomos recebidos com um atendimento excelente, sempre cordial e atencioso. As dicas de passeios que recebemos da equipe fizeram toda a diferença na nossa estadia. A organização do hotel é impecável, tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. O café da manhã é delicioso, com muitas opções fresquinhas e bem servidas. A piscina infantil aquecida foi um sucesso com as crianças, assim como a brinquedoteca, que é super bem equipada. Outro ponto alto foi o conforto: cama super aconchegante, travesseiros macios… tudo pensado para proporcionar uma estadia relaxante e acolhedora. Sem dúvida, nos sentimos em casa e com certeza voltaremos! Obrigada por nos proporcionarem momentos tão especiais.

Lugar maravilhoso! Ao entrar você percorre um lago com patos e gansos, minha filha adorou.
