Discreet. Good value for money, friendly staff, an excellent restaurant and pizzeria with wood-burning oven. Comfortable room although in need of some modernisation, particularly the bathroom. We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a great time right from the time of booking. The owner Mrs. Marfisa immediately proved to be extremely helpful and friendly. Upon arrival everything was very easy and friendly. Next to the hotel there is a restaurant where we dined discovering the best carbonara and amatriciana ever eaten. The rooms are clean and the staff polite and present. The breakfast, included in the room rate, was excellent and plentiful with home-made and non-industrial products. The structure is very close to two playgrounds in Lazio and the Castelli Romani: an excellent solution for getting around the area. arrivati in hotel ci danno la camera che avevamo prenotato, appena arrivati noto che mancano alcune cose che sono scritte sul loro sito ufficile: non c'è sky e nemmeno la cassaforte, ma questo è la meno. abbiamo avuto la stanza 343, sul loro sito c'è anche scritto che le camere sono insonorizzate, cosa assolutamente non vera... ma il problema più grande riguarda la vasca idromassaggio: appena l'acqua arriva ai buchi dell'idromassaggio, la vasca si rompe e si allaga tutto il bagno!! ci dirigiamo subito alla reception e quello che ci hanno detto è stato "ormai sono le 19:00 e noi non possiamo farci niente", abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi se potessero venire almeno ad asciugare il bagno essendo allagato e il signore ha pure sbuffato quando l'ho chiesto con gentilezza. quando siamo ritornati dalla cena, il bagno era metà asciutto e metà ancora allagato, con tutta sporcizia a terra. la mattina seguente siamo andati a fare colazione, barist gentile ma c'è poca scelta e sono semplici cose da bar, niente di che. sempre la mattina seguente, abbiamo parlato con la titolare di quanto accaduto e ci ha risposto con "mi dispiace, la vasca era nuova, non so cos'altro dire". esperienza terribile e soldi buttati, mai più!

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni meravigliosi in questo hotel a Pomezia dove abbiamo trovato un ambiente familiare e accogliente ...e non possiamo che consigliarlo vivamente! La signora....che gestisce la struttura è semplicemente meravigliosa: ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa e ci ha accolto con amore sempre disponibile e attenta fornendoci utili consigli su cosa fare e vedere nei dintorni ... il suo gesto di regalarci una bottiglia di vino rosso è stato davvero apprezzato e dimostra l'attenzione e la cura che dedica verso i propri ospiti... Anche la barista Francesca è stata una presenza piacevolissima sempre cordiale è disponibile è con un tocco di simpatia Che ha resi la colazione ancora più piacevole... È stato un soggiorno che porteremo nel cuore... Se cercate un posto dove sentirvi a casa lontano da casa questo è il posto giusto! 5 stelle meritate!!!

Abbiamo prenotato per due notti per la mia famiglia composta da 6 persone, ci hanno dato due camere una difronte all’altra. La struttura è molto carina, vicinissima a Cinecittà World, nelle vicinanze c’è di tutto dai supermercati ai ristoranti ai negozi. Personale molto carino. Ho avuto le figlie che non sono state molto bene e ho trovato tanta umanità e disponibilità. Davvero molto ma molto gentili e di cuore, molto genuini. Ringrazio di cuore di tutto. Poi al check out c’è stato un piccolo omaggio della casa davvero gradito. Spero di tornarci per poter continuare (meglio iniziare) la nostra giornata di divertimento.
