The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the breakfast buffets were great and the pool looked really nice. The location of the hotel is on top of a windy and narrow road....there is really nothing to do there and going out for dinner means driving back up the road in the dark which is not an appealing prospect. The golf course attached had a nice little restaurant with friendly staff. It's a place for a couple of night stay over. I was disappointed that they wouldn't honour the cheaper room price from another provider....I always books directly with the hotel as it's always the best price....not in this case. The price is a bit high.

hotel ideally located, view on the Mediterranean, comfortable room (good bedding), we took advantage of the swimming pool, few people at this time of year. Pleasant breakfast on the terrace. Special mention for the night concierge (gracie per le café).

Place to avoid. Stayed in a Deluxe room just titled because it does not equal a 2-star room. No storage cabinet for clothes, just a large bar with 4 hangers for hanging clothes, a 100cmx50cm box. To access it slopes of 20%. Obligation to use your vehicle because it is very dangerous to travel on foot (very narrow roads and no sidewalk). It takes around 10 to 15 minutes to get to the first supermarket by vehicle. To conclude, very poorly maintained hotel, a pile of overflowing trash bins visible outside. Access to technical premises…… without any problem so be vigilant for children.

What an ugly place, which only has a resort in name. Lost after a winding road 15 minutes from the beaches. Borderline insulting welcome from Lucia! Dirty room, sheets with holes, broken hair dryer, super noisy air conditioning which doesn't cool anything, cloudy swimming pool with lots of screaming children around the hotel very dry and not maintained, this hotel no longer deserves its 4 stars we had booked for 4 days We left after the first night because it was so unbearable, they tried to keep us there by supposedly upgrading us, but we went elsewhere! The photos are not representative, the hotel hasn't been like this for a long time! Never again ! hotel to escape go your way

The hotel is great. The location is wonderful. There is stunning nature all around and a very interesting old and beautiful village nearby. The hotel is located in the mountains and can be reached via the Strada Provinciale. Definitely do not go via Taggia and the 25th of April bridge, because many make this mistake. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Towels and sheets are constantly changed. Breakfast was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bartender was fantastic and very joking. The receptionists are great, very friendly and helpful with lots of explanations even if you have to do it a few times. Great staff in the restaurant. Everything was great.
