In the room: no water pressure, a shower head at a height of 2.20m in a bathtub which served as a shower, a cupboard without any shelf, broken light/bulb in the bedside lamp, no coffee or tea available , the VMC does not work in the bathroom, a toilet in the bathroom, and a very small window for the only light coming in, these are already some unpleasant surprises. Another bad surprise, when we came home the first evening our 13 year old son went to the wrong room, put the key in the lock of another room, and oh surprise his key opened the door to another room! A shock for the occupants, and for us! It therefore seemed that some room keys opened the locks of other rooms, which is not very reassuring. Another annoyance: every time we drove back to this hotel, there was no bell to open the gate, and we had to call to ask someone to come and open the gate for us. . not very practical and a little annoying. As for catering: the meals were good, but the menu did not change for several days, we were entitled to the 3 meals where we dined in the evening at the hotel on the same menu consisting of 3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts. As long as you don't like 2 out of 3 dishes, it becomes difficult to enjoy the restaurant. Finally, another rather shocking surprise, which could have had very embarrassing consequences for you: at the end of breakfast, I forgot my sleeveless jacket on the back of the chair, with my wallet and credit cards inside. My wife settled the bill around 11:30 a.m. and we were getting ready to drive when I realized I no longer had my jacket. So I go to reception again to ask them if someone has brought them this jacket. And surprise, they tell me that they actually have my jacket. As it was a breakfast employee who brought it back to the reception, I don't understand why he didn't have the presence of mind and the organization to return it to us at the time of payment or at less ask ourselves the question. Again, for a 4 star, service not great. I can't imagine what we would have had to do if we had realized this oversight a few hours later after our departure, or even if we had to take the plane. All this combined leaves us disappointed both in terms of the equipment and the services of what should have been a great experience and a good time...
